Yeah, you can just hold it like a normal hold note, maybe you can try to hold it like as if you're holding a curving hold note sliding from left to the middle and back to left and so on.
you can also put all your fingers on the screen

Nope, this is official chart currently in jp version of sekai, EN version will probably get it towards the end of the year if not slightly earlier depending on how fast the EN developers release the songs.

It all comes down to practice really, but if you're talking about the tap into the trace note, usually I treat it as if it's a slider with no end point, I just tap and hold until the trace note ends. For the U shaped ones, I do the same, except I hold continuously with one hand and tap and hold for the other. Same for the V-shaped ones and the Ʌ-shaped ones has similar pattern to the first part of this section.
If you're talking about the part on the timestamp, it all comes down to practice really. Good luck trying for a full combo!
