I watched UA-cam to help me relax I don’t know why it just helps me relax and get like a calm moment
Here are a few self care challenges that I challenge you to do!
1) Take a walk every day for a month. After that, you will feel so much more relaxed and happy.
2) Spend a whole day without your phone or computer. The benefits will show themselves, I promise ♥️
3) Join a new activity club! (I tried knitting and it's so relaxing like I had no idea 😍)

Bible journaling helps me alot.
My favorite thing to do when I’m stressed out or have something on my mind is to color! I just started to color in my coloring book everyday. That’s actually one goal I do everyday, to color at least one page from the coloring book. I feel like it’s helped me a lot and I now am going to start to read again. I used to read A LOT when I was younger but now I don’t really anymore. That’s going to be one of my other goals in a day too.

Tatjana C I get loads of home work too, I have a time table and take 3 hours through out the night/day, I make sure that I eat first before I do homework, after I do that I treat myself to a snack and a bath doing the things that I love for 1 hour, then if I have anymore homework then I will do it, this helps loads! I have sleeping problems. I was Diagnosed with this thing that when I’m asleep I’m crying and Screaming. But I don’t see anything or feel anything, it’s very weird. It started when I was 3 years old- and I need to listen to something soft and musical to fall asleep.

get markers or coloring pencils u know colors and some paper
draw a random life while doing that know that each line is a problem and your letting it on the paper, make it colorful, this is great when u cant stop feeling low and cant stop crying, no one may ever see it but im glad to share it anyway
