Á la carte: Austrian Riedling Fish Meal | euromaxx

We're at Traunsee. Lake to taste riedling fish which is only found here. The riedling is from the same family as salmon and trout and tends to swim at great depths. It has a very strong flavour. With our catch we then head to the thousand-year-old castle Schloss Orth which is now home to the restaurant "Orther Stubn" for our meal of "riedling filet with peas and savoy cabbage".
