If you have a bit more money over here in the uk you can find the R9 270 for around £50 and it performs better than the R7 250 at 1080p low settings in apex, it can get an average 60-70 fps if not higher and you can always drop resolution to 720p
I bought a better Optiplex SFF (3010) with 4 GB of ram and 500 GB hdd for $50 from my local CraigsList. It has a 3rd gen. i5. I bought 8 GB of ram from ebay for $14 shipped. I finally bought a R7 250 for $25 shipped. That is $89 for everything. I used it on my Arcade1Up with CoinOps Next. It's as sweet as it can get for retro gaming. It runs everything I need and then some. The good part is that it costs just about the same as a Raspberry Pi 3 with a case, power supply and micro SD card. The icing on the cake is that I have 500 GB of storage for every possible rom and a lot of console games. Sometimes less is more!
@@techyesterday4960 but keeping a psu in a refurbished/used models it is dangerous. You should change it because if the psu broke all of the other pc parts will get cranked up too.

Almost all the games were ran at 1600 X 900 which is still an HD resolution. Its the same resolution the xbox outputs. This weekend we are posting a $150 build video that handles games like fortnite and apex @ 1080P @ 100+ FPS.

Yes but they must be played at 1600 x 900 resolution for best frame rate. And you can stream not proble with obs

No you need to buy the full size dell optiplex like in the other video. This is the mini tower and you can only use low profile cards.
