    Dr. Khadar is 100% correct. It took me appx 1 year of trial and error to learn how to incorporate siridhanya into my life. Since using siridhanya, my food habits have changed completely. I naturally stopped craving sugar, maida, wheat and coffee. I'm very grateful to Dr. Khadar for having the courage to find ways to keep us truly healthy (- even when other people were calling him crazy and trying to discredit him). Dr. Khadar has done so much hard work and now I will support his work by eating siridhanya and staying away from processed foods. :) ❤❤❤

    I had also losses 11,12 kilo weight with millet diet.
    It is very difficult situations. Every one is noticing my body shape. Become very weak , looking like I am very ill.
    And on another way also facing digestive issues with millet diet. Sometime feeling constipated, sometime pain in stomach. And I stopped milleted diet for sometime. Nails are breaking and feeling no energy with millets. I had try millet pordige, ambali and oils, khayasam also.

      Mere saath bhi aisa hua bilkul bimar lagne lagi thi kyunki nutritional deficiency hogi apko wo ambli aur millets se puri nhi hoti me millets bhi khati hoon par singhare ki roti ,raajgira ki roti ,oats besan ki roti ye bhi leti hoon sugar ,wheat and dairy products ekdum hata diya antibodies ka test karaya jo meri high Nikli energy bilkul Khatam ho chuka thi meri b12 ka suppliment liya hemoglobin low tha wo bhi add Kiya but suppliment lo to organic hi ab to me daily exercise bhi karti hoon walk bhi karti hoon energy h ab to

      Now when I start eating Wheat roti I feel more energy in my body. Only on millet diet is difficult because I had to do physical works on job . Very confusing diet muscle become very weak.

      I had horrible stomach upset with millets, the person who recommended me the diet said oh no problem u will be fine in 21 days. Nobody takes my problem seriously when I say arey main sookh ke kaanta ho gayi hoon. N I don't feel energetic. My system is just not taking well to the drastic change in food. May be slowly it will get used to it.

      It is difficult with millet diet to do daily works.
      body become very weak.
      Dr Khadar saying it takes 1 and 2 year to gain some weight . I think waiting for this 2 year I will be totally on bed rest.

      @@Gurwindersingh-so1pk Exactly...sahi kaha aapne. I am glad to see there are others like me here whom the millet diet didn't suit. Warna yeh log kahin bhi koi negative review aane hi nahi dete.
      Sirf millet diet pe mushkil hai, I guess we have to consider what suits our individual bodies instead. Har kisi ki body alag hoti hai na. By trial and error we can arrive at what combination suits us the best.
