They took the last turn too tight, got desperate and stopped thinking straight. Watch the guy who eventually won. He almost followed them, but kept his cool and decided to take the better angle into the corner. Smart driving.

I think they both pick up a lot of dirt by going out the racing line on the last straight...So they had less grip when entering the last corner. and also they might have missed a little bit the braking point. @@joshuaenogieru5538 this is the Macau GP, it's a standalone event that runs F3 cars and the grid is mostly comprised of junior drivers, its not really part of any championship.
