Pretty sure they did have to play in R1 of the first matchup. +3 from vitality, hitting armor and Sigvald and then -1 from the bleeding so they'd be at 41
A very minor detail but I just love how the Drakar ships were unfazed by and even benefited from the frost. It’s so fitting with the image of rugged Skellige scoffing at some chill wind. Moments like this really makes me cherish this game even more. Good deck as always! Enjoyed playing this.
Nice one! I really like it :) I was playing a very similar list the other day and had a couple of nice 2-0s! Happy to see Frost getting buffed regularly, it's lots of fun to play and not too oppressive in my opinion. It's a little off-topic but how do you approach Sihil-Decks (apart from playing unitless decks of course ^^)? I barely played since the rework to it and so far I have a glorious 0% winrate against it. It feels so frustrating to play against because you can not interact with their strategy at all :(
@@meinkungfu first of all, thanks for the tips :) unfortunately, a lot of decks don't have the potential to continously buff their units out of the (increasing) deathblow range and I find myself rarely running defenders. Anyways, thanks for the advice 👌
You always have to be kinda ready for it. Also, anything you can do to win round control and have a point slam at the end will help. Ideally you will want to play bigger bodies and specials in r1, even playing 3 and passing if the rest of your hand would be too vulnerable. Then just mulligan to a more favorable hand with the goal of having Sihil be no bigger than 3 or 4 if possible, especially since people seem to love holding onto it into r3 even if it's trash. Honestly the SK version I find easiest to play around b/c the leader tips you off that they're playing it. I made a NG spies/Ball version for myself which is much more slippery to guess and stop.
So, am I missing something from the very first round? Why oponent could just pass and overcome and not play additional card? it was 39-42 and he would got 3 points from pass (vitality+1 and Melusine+2), but it would be draw in that case
After all I don't think the queen is that great because she is only 4 and can be beaten easily before you can benefit from her effect, I'm always afraid of playing frost on both rows for that. What do you think ? Maybe it's just me
Whats the point of including games where opponents make tremendous mistakes and cant even count properly? Came here because some guy in discord says that there one of the most pro/competitive gameplay, but in 2 games you win literally because of terrible opponent plays. And someone even write "wow frost beats sigvald, what a shame". The guy beats himself, not the frost.
I played this deck for hours on stream and included the vod in description of this video. In the stream we took it to pro rank with ease. This guide is bonus content where I explain how I play it. If the opponent plays poorly that's on them and I'm not going to remove a game that I provided live commentary explaining my strategy because they played poorly. I think you're missing the point of this video.
Mammuna only has 1 target in this case. Some people add Griffins but imo that feels really bad and inconsistent since it depends too much on Imlerith and bricking the hand seems too easy with that added package.
Been waiting for this deck.. thank you

yeah, they definitely had to play

20:26 they needed the squirl since they'd be 1 point behind. Or they could leader twice on the front boat to draw.
i was looking for this comment xd
Yeah, without squirrel it is 41:42
Passing at 8 and your "but this is pro-rank 😨" was so funny 😂

-1 from bleeding
I enjoy weather decks. I dont play anymore but they are fun to watch.
Nice! Ge‘els is so much better now. It’s so good that Naglfar becomes obsolete in wild Hunt Decks. 🤣
29:35 "This is prorank"
You're saying it like that means something 😄
Great video! Appreciate the work you put in!
Is frost actually weak against current boosty archetypes?
We gotta test it out. I'm concerned that it could be difficult to get dominance against SY and NR, but worth a try.
@@Qcento sure thing brother would love to see you play
47:25 NOBODY EXPECTS THE NOVIGRADISH INQUISITION
I like the way you speak and describe 😂
Purify for Nova at 34:58😔
Forced the 2-0 though. 😔
Why in game 4 you discard the queen? You could have used her as the last card
Wouldn't matter cause no frost at end.
Yea but what if she was in the deck?

@@elsgrandezon i usually use queen on my last turn of r2 when bleeding them. Stacks some frost before passing
I saw that pre-patch Navigator ;)
What is your twitch name?
Qcento01
Can you get to pro rank with this?
I did live on stream. The link is in the description as "proof".
freezy Freeze 🥶
Bro gets pepegas in pro rank but I'm vsing Spyro's unclaimed children in rank 3
Taking down Sigvald with frost, nice! If I was that dude, I'd be so ashamed.

@@Qcento it seems like you missing point of my entire question
I don’t understand, and it’s quite of annoying - why you call ur oponent „them”
Idk the gender of my opp so I say "they", what would you say?
"opponent" actually
Mamuna, speartip is much much better for tempo

But it doesn't have control (Im wrath) and a high chance to brick
