Doing something you enjoy should never amount to stress. I suggest splitting it up into the season 2 ending and the beginning of season 3, since each has two parts. Can't wait to see your work, take care :)
I think your best bet would be to make it a two-parter, to maybe save some time and energy. But trust me, whatever you decide to do, if it's anything like the In-Depth episodes you've done so far, it'll be worth the wait, no matter how long it is. So don't stress yourself out, and do what you think is right.
Whichever causes the least stress. Also what do you use to edit the videos
I'm not trying to rush you or anything, but how far done are you? I just want to know so I can know a bit more of when to expect it.
I, personally, don't mind waiting for the one big video. I am looking forward to a massive in depth. It's okay. ^^ Things happen. Take your time.

I think that maybe you should split it into the halves, one part season 2, one part season 3. That way you don't have to stress about it so hard.

All together, we can wait, together it will be a much more meaningful and indepth analysis ;p
Take the time you need, we all know that making a video isn't easy :)
