Gouda goat cheese could be very profitable for you, Dexter. I am an American retired in Cebu. One of the things that I miss here is good cheese, it is hard to find. I think you could sell all the cheese you could make. There was a large Somali community where I am from and I really enjoyed the taste of the goat meat that they cooked. Goat fried rice with lime is delicious.
