That fish you was calling a striper is actually a hybrid, they look a little different than the stripers and have a lot broader body. I believe they fall under the same creep limits as the salts tho.
We usually keep fish that is legal to keep. So yes, I think most of the fishe caught in this video went into our frying pan, except the 10inches sauger and skipjack (aka catfish candy or TN Tarpon) that is not edible.
