Street Artist in Mexico paints Underwater scene using his finger

We were on holiday in Riviera Maya, Mexico in 2016, and saw this guy, Diego, painting many wonderful pictures. I asked him to paint me an underwater scene, and he did so right before my eyes, allowing me to film it. I asked him what his name was, and he told me "El Cheapo Picasso". I hope you enjoy.
