Loved your first Flosstube!! You have a lot of WIPs, wow. Especially loved seeing the variety of designs you’ve chosen. Artsy Housewife huge favorite of mine as well. Best Wishes on your flosstube career!! - Kate
Love all the Mill Hill finishes, so good! I would love a tutorial, yes please! The Rome piece looks amazing, can’t wait to watch it come to life. I’m excited to see your planned starts 👏🏽 it’s always a jolly good time starting all the things 😊
I love seeing all your Mill Hill projects! Congratulations on keeping up with the aquarium SAL. It’s fun to watch everyone’s progress. I recently found your channel and am really enjoying it. I am working on some jolly July projects but my heart is really in summer stitching. I’m looking forward to seeing more videos from you ❤
I’m just coming out from the Carolyn Manning rabbit hole I went down a couple of your floss tubes back! Sooo many patterns, so lil time! Love your content however it comes. Keep enjoying the process 👏🏼 🪡 🇦🇺
Lovely update video, as always obsessed with your projects. Always trying to resist all those wonderful starts! I can’t wait for Jolly July and I’m excited to see what you get up to!
Congrats on 3k! Your Hen Peck WIP is looking so good. Agree, PNPS Mag is making me want to start punch needle too. Looking forward to seeing everyone's Jolly July stitching. Christmas is my favorite to stitch by far.
I've just recently bought the Alice mirabillia after seeing yours and can't wait to start. Also very impressed with how quickly you're keeping up with the deadly aquarium SAL! Jolly
Love your Mill Hill collection. I am excited to start the roller skates and will add a pink Pom Pom to mine because that’s what I had on mine many moons ago lol. Jolly good time seeing all your stitches!
Great video, congratulations on 3000 subscribers. What an amazing accomplishment for only having 4 videos. I have never participated in Jolly July but I am considering it this year so that I can get some of my Christmas projects done this year. Looking forward to your next FlossTube ❤❤❤❤
Oh my, your fully finished ornaments are so cute! For jolly July I am stitching Welcome to the North Pole by Primrose Cottage Stitches. I'm really enjoying the bright colors. I am about 3/4 finished with Golden Delicious. I love stitching on it.
Love seeing all your stitching and hearing about future plans. I can get myself in trouble by just listening. I absolutely would love to see a little tutorial on how to finish a Mill Hill ornament. I have two Mill Hills to stitch. One is an ornament the other a picture but I've never stitched on perforated paper before and certainly don't know to finish an ornament. I did manage to get the magnetic frames ordered and they've arrived so one of these days I'll take the plunge.
Wow, it’s so jolly to watch your video so many beautiful big projects. I love it the Mill hill, smalls look fun. I bought a 6 x 6 one and it was Christmas theme and all the colors looks so similar to me so that’s why I haven’t bought more maybe the small ones are better xjude is teasing you to go higher. Ha ha ha.😅
I am in love with all y'all working on deadly aquarium. It's so not my deal, but love seeing everyone else's progress on it. 'Grats on staying caught up on it.
It’s great seeing everyone’s jolly July/Christmas in July projects! That clown kit is hysterical. I am not afraid of clowns and am amused by those people that are 🤡🤡.
I’ve just started my Deadly Aquarium today while enjoying your video. Thanks for the kickstart! I’ve been sporadically working on Halloween in HRH for several years. It may make it to the top of the pile soon.😊 Thanks for sharing your stitching adventures with us!
Great episode, thank you for sharing all the fun stuff you are working on! Planning to work on Jolly July , so your dim kit looked even more cute :) I am also working on the consider the lilies, that is my 4 year plan, started on leap day, so it will be fun watching yours coming alive! And also: viva rome :))) What a great project.
I love your Rome project! 😍 I understand the trepidation with the charted backstitching as you go on that one but I bet it’s going to be amazing!!! I hope you have a jolly time stitching your mill hill snow globe
I recently got my first piece of 46cnt fabric in a grab bag. At first I was like no way! But it is the perfect color for a large project that I am kitting up… so, now I’m thinking maybe! I haven’t stitched Christmas for Jolly July yet but it is fun to see the festive stitches when it is hot here!
Just found you through my IG friends Calico Whimsy and Miss Tea and Stitches (both also on YT). LOVE your videos! It is like chatting with a friend while you stitch (and in my case sew as well). Your work is beautiful 😊. How awesome you keep bees and I highly recommend the chickens. Have had them for ten years now and they are so much fun even though they destroy my yard. The eggs and antics are worth it. 😄I enjoy the long videos and am looking forward to the next one.
What a fun update! I like the idea of participating in a kit SAL but I don’t think I have any commercial kits. Looking for a vintage one online sounds fun though 🤔. Can’t wait to see your progress on the two Mill Hills you drew today. Such a fun way to pick out the next project!
I would love to see a Mill Hill finishing video too, I especially want to learn about the beaded hangers. Watching your videos makes me jolly! Congrats on 3k!
I would love to see how you finish your Mill Hill ornaments, they all look so polished and consistent. I will be participating in Jolly July for the first time, I’m excited as I’ve been a monogamous stitcher in the past and I am discovering how fun having a variety is, no burnout! Thank you for another great Flosstube💖✨
Omg kitchen remodels are intense but that is SO exciting. Love your shirt. You’re a babe. Okay that’s all I have to say like ten minutes in 😂❤. Happy stitching my sweet precious angel bby 🤪❤️🔥
Thank you for your new update! I My first ever project was a Thea Gouverneur on black fabric (16 large pages). Not really a beginners project, but when you stitch something you love, it's the best way to get hooked :) Some things that I learned that worked for me: - rethread all the threads like on a usual floss drop, so you won't have to be afraid that some threads escape their symbol - when stitching, mark everything you want to stitch with a yellow color; once completed, mark it with an orange color (this lessens the frustration when you later discover you've missed one single stitch) - I did make working copies, I just made 2 pages from one large one and taped them together. This way I could also cut a piece of one motif on one page and tape it to the other page. - I did use threaded needles for this project on these Pako-needle holders (I'll never run out of needles I think, because I had 150 needles threaded :D). Worked for me!
I love that you dove in head first with a challenging project to start! It just goes to show that we can really do anything if we just take small steps.
I'm fairly new to the community but your videos are very calming and great to have on while I work on things. I would love to be able to join the Jolly July as my first stitch along
I have never really participated in Jolly July but one of those Dimensions kits along with the Japanese Garden is on my Bucket List! I absolutely just LOVE the colors and the vibe. Funny enough, a family member has requested 2 stitches from me and they are BOTH Christmas patterns. So, I am already unintentionally stitching Christmas in Jolly July. Here we go people, have a Holly Jolly July!! 😂
I bought the USA Thea Gouvenir kit and I started it quite a few years ago. It's on 18 count black Aida 1 over 1 and it was so difficult for me to follow that I gave up after just stitching the center dome. I doubt if I'll ever get it done. I will have a Jolly time doing my Christmas in July kit from Joan Elliott called "Christmas Love Begins at Home."
Love your projects! The Thea piece is going to be amazing! I am working on New York by Letistitch and it's really hard but gorgeous the more I do on it. Someday when I finish it, I would love to do one of the England pieces.
All your millhill finishes r too cute!!! I have so many holiday themed millhills in my tbs stash...for now tho I have about 5 other patterns I want to get to first for jolly July! This will be my first time participating in that as I used to only stitch in the actual season, but now I just want to start ALL the things! And starting a spooky piece sounds fun too cuz maybe I'd have something done by halloween😂 Love all the projects u r working on! Happy stitching 🐈⬛🪡❤️
Loving your channel! Oh, and I have the Thea Rome kit that I've been SO intimidated by that I haven't started it yet (and I have the black fabric for it...yikes!). Looking forward to watching your progress 😊.
I’ve been taking days to post my deadly aquarium too because I will easily be up until 3 or so stitching. I figure that I have to stop before 4, because that’s when the daily stitch count on Pattern Keeper rolls over. I don’t take the best photos that late at night. The clown will make its debut this week! 🤡🧙♂️
I've never tried a Mill Hill kit but after seeing all your cute finishes I must find some! I do have some Satsuma Street ones that I will pull out to try for Jolly July. I think it's similar... would live to see a finishing tutorial!
Here to the end 🙂 You are dangerous to watch, lol. You have we wanting to start the Halloween at Hawk Run and the Dark Golden delicious that I have had for a while. Start all the things, I say...
