Create a single select slicer including a "Select all"-option in Power BI

- Power BI provides a couple of configuration options for your slicers, including multi select, a select all option or even a single select experience.
But what if you need to create a single select slicer including the option to do a select all?
Not possible? Well I will show you a way to mimic that kind of behavior...

This was a great tip, thank you. Is there a way to not show "All" in the selection box if I have something else selected. Right now if I have a drop down list and I select "BMW", it will say "All (Select All) + BMW (Manufacturer)". I would like it to just read "BMW". Thanks again.
I'am afraid, at least there is not. Not that I am aware of. I feel your pain about this
