I haven't invested in a Coravin yet, though if I ever get into expensive wines I probably will. My solutions for the time being are to use those vacuum stoppers and keep the open bottle in the fridge until it's finished, and to make sure it doesn't stay in the fridge too long I invite friends and neighbors over to share whenever I can. This works pretty well for many wines, though some fall off badly after a few days.
Haha, that's one way to drink up all the wines!
I followed your channel for the last month, I see you like big bold napa valley cabernet sauvignon, I would like to suggest you some tannat, specifically bolivian tannat, it is different than Uruguay or French tannat since the grapes are grown at very high altitude, you can find it at chufly imports, they ship wine to almost every state of the US.
Hopefully you will take into account my recommendation, I like your channel so I would like to know your opinion, also no wine channel has any content about bolivian wines, thank you.

I liked the Uruguayan Tannat that I tried much better than I thought I would. Tannat has the reputation for being very tannic, and this was, but the tannins were smooth and the wine wasn't a trial to drink at all. I didn't know it was grown in Bolivia - I'll look for some of that myself!

Glad the video helped. I'm not quite sure; However, I believe majority of those wax cap wines still have corks inside, so it should still work. As long as they have natural cork inside, you can remove the wax so you can have flat surface to use Coravin.
Great video. Thanks. The needle is quite long. Is that not a problem when you get closer to have drinking most of the wine?I mean - a some point when you tip the bottle then will the tip of the needle be higher up than the surface of the wine?
Thank you! I usually use Coravin up to about half full, then I open up the bottle to fnish it off, so that was never a problem for myself. Plus, I wouldn't recommend using it until the wine becomes to that low of level in the bottle, the gas cartridge is quite expensive, so keep that in to a count.
