ToS breach bans are usually for being rude to people who will not be banned for openly cheating/botting/boosting. Remember, ruining the game is completely legal, telling someone they're half a bitch is a 6-month ban.
The pokemon show is a different canon from the games, qlso the games have like 3 different timelines and the multiverse. As for if Pokemon say their names or if they’re named after what they say, the answer is both, some Pokemon are named after what they say, some Pokemon just learned how to say their species name, and some just make random noises or no noises, so they got random names.
I don't understand stream sniping. Yes you get to maybe win one game. But you are playinh most likely in a cheat free account and you are willing to risk that for one win. I would rather play the game normal and after it join the chat to yap it up. At least you then played with your own cards.

like its not hard if your watching the steam and you end up in the game with them either change stream or mute it and minimize it so you cant see it or hear it the undo it after the match.
