They gave an untrained shelter dog to a vet to use as a service dog.
Which shows what utter BS this is. Ask any LEGIT service dog agency... they would never do this. The training reveals if the dog is qualified or not. All I watched was an undisciplined dog trip her handler. What a JOKE!
