When you offer multiple merchandise, how do you organize your time.. do you designate days to make certain items or make everything all the time?
Yes! I try to do shirts one day, hoodies next day, and tumblers a different day. If theres not a lot then I will do sublimation one day and embroidery another
Love watching your videos. I see you struggling to remove the tape even with scrapper, just a suggestion, try folding the tape onto itself on each end so you have a “tab” to pull on it might save you some time. I am a nurse, removing tape especially with gloves makes it extremely hard, and this is one way to make it easier. Its worth the try.
+1. I'm doing it too and very convenient to remove adhesive tape.

I think your issue is you have too much of a white strip overlap that is folding on top of your middle seam (not the top of the cup). I leave extra paper on top of the cup and fold that paper inside and put a few pieces of tape inside so there is no air flow. the paper has to meet without a gap. Your issues were mine until I had the paper meet. If not you'll have ghosting on most every seam. I now don't have any issues and my waste is down 95%. I also joined some sublimation groups on facebook and that helped me so much with tiny issues. Also the roughness will go away if you back off your time on the tumbler. I use 60 sec instead of 70 and I have the same mug press. None of my tumblers are rough and there is no wiping...etc.

I would place the handwash sticker on the box or the tumbler itself because alot of people don't look at the packing slip, I know I don't unless something is missing or wrong

Embroidery is my favorite craft! LOVE TO SEW and Embroider hats, key fobs, bags, shirts! I also have a cricut, espon ecotank 2720 printer and a heatpress. I only sell to friends and coworkers right now. I'm a teacher so this is my hobby/side hustle! love your channel!
It doesn’t matter how tight I wrap, I always have a seam.
Maybe try using silicone bands that you can use at the top, bottom, and middle after you tape it up..
I want to get into sublimating tumblers, I need a house before I get into this, my apartment is packed with inventory, sweatshirt, TShirt, shipping products, the f570, f150, heat press, bins...your tumblers look so cute, pushing me to get into these.
Embroidery and sewing are my favorite. Trying to incorporate other things are fine, however, they remain my favorite

Tumblers are my top seller, and yes they are addicting. wait until you Sub a Holographic tumbler or, do a Fluorescent sub ink tumbler. Also Bluetooth speaker tumblers are selling better than i though they would

I have a futuristic idea for you. Would you be able to make accessories for the tumbler? Something like an elastic wrist or arm band with various charms to choose from? They would of course be at additional prices. Just an idea to share.

I’ve been watching your channel a while, but never comment until Now because I thought you would be too busy to answer my question.
I really need help. I have a small embroidery business I started on a PE-800 and it’s the only machine I have. But I need to upgrade to a machine with a free arm instead of a flat bed so that hooping is easier. Should I go with a free arm single needle or a free arm multi needle? What would you do? I’m afraid if I get a brother PRS-100 that I will not use it at all once I graduate to a multi needle.
