CA-28 Lake Tahoe: Kings Beach to Tahoe City

Follows CA-28 around northwestern Lake Tahoe, from the CA-267 junction in Kings Beach to just outside of the Tahoe City area.
I might or might not continue this series next video, chances are I'm going to alternate Texas videos and California/Nevada videos.

Oh cool, you drove through my local area! I've always had a strange fascination with road designs and maps in general so this channel is like a strange drug for me, and 4 you to randomly pick my home turf is crazy! If U ever cruise by again take Mt. Rose Highway aka Nevada SR 431, its a fun road...

Thank you sir! This is my only video relating directly to Tahoe itself, but I have some more content coming from the Reno/Nevada-Sierra-Plumas County region. I would like to explore a bit more next time I'm up here, but I live in DFW and was just up here to see family. I do love this area! Worry not, as I have a long video of this area coming in the next 24 hours.

Nice forest, I like how the video stays clear, many cameras (and UA-cam) have trouble filming through forested areas.
The black car in front of you is a Volkswagen Golf, I'm surprised to see it there, though it is the best-selling car in Europe.

The Golf is actually relatively common here. Does the diesel sell more than gasoline in Europe?
