This isn’t the first time they have done this I’m sure. But I want to add that most lakes/ ponds in a residential area have to be there legally and they are meant for run off of the community and construction that takes place there. So the water isn’t actually clean anything that goes on at these places can run off into these lakes and they are built for that. That is there purpose. Just to clarify what those lakes are and what they do.
It’s not hard to figure out that it’s a septic tank vacuum truck. It’s the same truck that sucks out your septic tank. He just kept it in the neighborhood.
Maybe it's a big misunderstanding. The driver probably thought he was supposed to pump it back into the complex. It is definitely not sewage but standing water.
Now this should be a reason to confront someone. Edit: That company should be flooded with calls, emails and any social media. Or just watch as they pay a small fee/fine, which is probably more of a payoff. Let the corruption continue.
@tripplefives Yeah, we shouldn't worry about minor details like that anyways, after all, we're actually being sold strawberries grown in human fecal matter. Whats a little raw sewage? This world is getting better by the minute.
Pull all the city contracts with the company, until a judgement is reached. This is not the first time I'm sure, this driver HAD to be taught where to dump, he didn't come up with the idea on his own, and the company is probably fully aware of this tactic.
Oh that's just nasty ! Why would they do that ? That's crazy . That person or persons is gonna get that company in trouble . They know better than that .
This trucks are for storm drainage, for raining water. Most of the inlets have baffles, that are there to separate water for the roadway oil. This is not a truck carrying sewer water(toilet/septic tank). Traffic used to leave an small percentage of oil in the street that once rain is swept into the catch basin(inlet). Inside the inlet they install a oil separated called baffles. .
Why take waste water somewhere and have to pay for it to be disposed, when you can just dump it in the lake for free? I doubt this is the first time this was done
If the company was pumping from the storm drains, as people said, and that holding “pond” is where the water runs to they are “legal”. The fines will be thrown out in court, as I’m sure the company will show for court. DERM will have nothing to say as they most likely approved the construction of the drainage to the pond.

Fish love corn too
That's not a septic truck, it's a storm drain vacuum truck
That's not a damn lake
Rain water
The fact that this is still happening even when we have no sources of clean water left
It's the residents that could pay the price for it "health wise" in the long run. 😱
Yeah you have to watch it with the water runoff when it rains you could get sick.
Stephanie Cannon, Yep. Look up Camp Lejeune and cancer bc of the water.
Maybe it's a big misunderstanding. The driver probably thought he was supposed to pump it back into the complex. It is definitely not sewage but standing water.
That’s what man made lakes are for.
Not if you are the fish that lives there. i can see them doing🤮😖
@@mrbob9556 It's a retention pond. It's not built for fishing, it's built for water runoff.
They got caught with their britches down.
Imagine how many times they dumped waste illegally that was never caught on video.
How do any of you KNOW it is waste? What if it's just water and dirt and plant debris?
@@rich2583 wasn’t speaking of this outfit specifically, just in general. People do a lot of wrong.
Regular folk make the best journalists.
Sad, a lot of poor animals probably dying at this moment cause of those clowns… 🤦♂️
Looks more like raw sewage than storm water
Now this should be a reason to confront someone.
Edit: That company should be flooded with calls, emails and any social media. Or just watch as they pay a small fee/fine, which is probably more of a payoff. Let the corruption continue.
@tripplefives Yeah, we shouldn't worry about minor details like that anyways, after all, we're actually being sold strawberries grown in human fecal matter. Whats a little raw sewage?
This world is getting better by the minute.
Reminds me of that old Doobie Bros song...
"Ol Black Water, keep on rollin',
Florida waste water moon won't you keep on shining on me."
It’s dirt and water people calm down
Rookie move, everyone knows to pump your waste water in a lake at 2am when no one is watching 😎👍
That company KNEW it was in the wrong! The driver(s) probably didn't want to drive across the county to dispose of it properly.
Man takes dump into lake, went unnoticed.
do a lake sample test, they will be fined until it is clean. Case simple and easy.
People are afraid if you go up to the guy dumping it he will shoot ya...?
Pull all the city contracts with the company, until a judgement is reached. This is not the first time I'm sure, this driver HAD to be taught where to dump, he didn't come up with the idea on his own, and the company is probably fully aware of this tactic.
Is that a lake or retention pond?
Oh that's just nasty ! Why would they do that ? That's crazy . That person or persons is gonna get that company in trouble . They know better than that .
They’re supposed to do it 😂
@@tylerplaysgames8180 it's still nasty 😀😀😀
@@veniagivenchy1532 the water would’ve went into the lake anyway. The drains were clogged.
@@veniagivenchy1532 no hate tho lmao
@@tylerplaysgames8180 you heard what i said 😀😀😀
Isn't that the water shed for the drains anyway?
Dump it in front of the governor's house?
@@greenearthblueskies8556 why not you drink it if safe
I was getting concerned until I heard from the residents, then I thought they will be fine, I'm sure they're all use to worse.
Right that storm water is cleaner than their drinking water...
The driver probably lost his job 🤦♂️
This trucks are for storm drainage, for raining water. Most of the inlets have baffles, that are there to separate water for the roadway oil. This is not a truck carrying sewer water(toilet/septic tank). Traffic used to leave an small percentage of oil in the street that once rain is swept into the catch basin(inlet). Inside the inlet they install a oil separated called baffles.
.
Does it really matter the air were breathing is worse than that 😂
Why take waste water somewhere and have to pay for it to be disposed, when you can just dump it in the lake for free?
I doubt this is the first time this was done
It's storm drain water. Big whoop.
Right and watch the comments so many can't listen before they speak🤣
This should be a crime. Who does this? SMH
LoL 😂😆 the second guy they talked to scared to open the door all the way 😂😆.....
Pure snitch hes a professional snitch hes the type to get your car towed away
If the company was pumping from the storm drains, as people said, and that holding “pond” is where the water runs to they are “legal”. The fines will be thrown out in court, as I’m sure the company will show for court.
DERM will have nothing to say as they most likely approved the construction of the drainage to the pond.
Since when are officers closed for Juneteenth?? It's not a federal holiday and it's made up. I guess people will anything for a day off....🙄
There was no mail service today here in Michigan
Since last last year. This is the second year of it being a federal holiday.(Where have you been?) And ALL holidays are made up.
Juneteenth been around since the 1800
Where u been at?😂
It's a federal holiday
Why you mad tho....hater
GET HOLD OF THE E. P. A. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THAT DUMP NEEDS TO BE REPORTED.
Better to deal with local and state.
Feds are usually worthless.
This only happens in Miami unfortunately I wouldn't doubt if a Cuban did it, this truck was full of political promises.
Racist 🙄 Remark
Someone needs to test that water NOW
If u voted for biden...
You voted for higher gas ⛽ prices, more expensive groceries, inflation, higher murder rates, a shrinking economy, abandoning Afghanistan 🇦🇫 and Ukraine 🇺🇦
Let's go Brandon
Have a blessed day yall 💓 💛 💖 💗 🙏 ❤
You're hilarious
Those residents are gonna be shocked when they find out what fills that lake... 👀
Someone needs to go to jail over this….! 👎🏻
Dang that’s crazy, the nerve of some people
That company should be SUED by that neighborhood and by the County and by the ecological institutions
This is why our waterways are getting so contaminated.. Wicked and greed is everywhere..
That truck Driver : I will be famous doing this, okey... lets do it!@😅🤣😆
Where's Doral?
Hold them accountable!!
Wow, why couldn't the reporter even do the most basis research on the terms being used? Storm runoff is NOT waste water! Now whether it should have been released there is another debate.
Businesses all over the country do this to avoid paying the disposing fee. It's my firm belief every business in this country should be audited it's starting with the most profitable rich
