Even trainees have access to good food and do not need to live in small dingy dorms (thanks to their senior groups). Artists are paid more compared with other companies. They even allow their backup dancers their own spotlight and pursue celebrity careers of their own. When you quit the company, you are not harassed, shamed, sued, or blacklisted. For me, all these are already very good, esp after hearing those accounts of artists from other companies or horror stories of trainees from small companies.
