Sorry, I think there is no fix to that as I can't really tell what is causing that. Perhaps it is related to your PC handling the processing of the script. I don't know the solution.

What do you mean by "change the camera"? Do you mean pressing normal camera button (pressing V)? If so, that's actually coded inside the game itself, I also can't change the camera type.

I was mistaken, the rotation I mentioned was for the drone's rotation not for the camera. But in your case, I think it has to be with your keyboard or PC problem. As you said it, I can do camera rotation when controlling the drone in that video.
In45do, when playing mysterio as a player,the drone sometimes shake a bit not too much.Also when changing the drone to mysterio,mysterio also shakes a little bit on air sometimes.Can you tell me how to fix it?
I have mention it on the readme file. Press 5 to reset drones. And also to fix shaking drone Mysterio is by going back to player mode and enter the drone mode again.

hope u release quicksilver mod if u release add Manual Wall Run ability to catch bullet and throw any projectile, create clones due to speed, create tornado by running,stopping train, continuous dash attack by lock on enemy,

You can't rotate up and down, it's scripted only to rotate left and right.
