Just realized that, Momometal is so happy to say that she is Babymetal at the end!
Only Baby Metal can make a song about not bullying sound so Metal!
Su and Moa have been performing this song for almost 11 years. That's almost half of their lives. I'm glad they let Momoko use a different hairstyle. It felt too much like they were trying to make her another Yui, which she's not. Even with matching hairstyles it was easy to see who was who. I think that was part of the fun with Moa and Yui, they were the same size and looked enough like each other, there were times during quick music video cuts that you couldn't always tell who you were seeing.

While Yui and Moa looked almost alike, You can distinguish them only by faces and black half-gloves on different hands.

I love live performances of this song, such a powerful anti-bullying song and one of my all time favorite BABYMETAL songs, if not all time favorite songs.

Babymetal is probably my biggest discovery of the year, immediately felt in love with Megitsune and Ijime, Dame, Zettai. Wish they will be still performing when I get the favourable condition to buy a ticket and hear my favourite pieces live
I discovered them a couple of years ago, and got to go see them last year in Dallas. It was amazing, and I would encourage you to go! One of the things that really stands out (beside their talent and charisma, of course) is how insanely *fit* these young ladies are- in close ups here, after an entire headlining concert, they all look fresh as daisies. Moa seems to be bouncing with energy!

There's something about this that your brain just struggles to understand, like the stage, the equipment, the show itself, none of it makes any sense. But it makes perfect sense at the same time.

Yeah, whenever I see a ranking of like the best female metal vocalists in the world and Suzuka is on there makes me incredibly happy. She's really a legend in the making and I'm sure we'll hear lots from her even after the Babymetal project will inevitably end.

She was 14 or 15, walked out terrified to a crowd of 65000 metal fans at Sonisphere 2014 knowing they were both hostile and sometimes threw piss, and carried the whole act, Kami Band included.
Su-Metal is one of the greatest and I love seeing her happily perform their newer stuff. Monochrome is an absolute banger, and I love that they've given her creative control. She's amazing.

I just think she's literally one of the all time GOATs of vocals, and try to figure out how she rocked so hard at age 14 or 15. At that age I wasn't doing anything of value, and it's mind-blowing to know that she carried an entire band full of seasoned musicians through a set like that.

This song will never get old maybe sound fresh cause if Su’s current voice and Momo added on the choreo and Kami west performing this song is as good as the original some slight riff variations but overall amazing plus I saw this song live at the UA-cam theatre on October wish we had this audio tho, but glad to be alive and still see baby metal continue to rock the stages ! 🤟🏽

They're back! Momoko had HUGE (if tiny, really) shoes to fill replacing Yui, but all the work over the intervening years has restored the spirit of the band, in my humble opinion.
The acid test for me would be "Catch Me If You Can" live. Have they done that? Just asking.

@@forthefoxgod7275 I saw those. Very encouraging. I guess I'd like to see the Moa slide again, along with all the other playful choreography. For me, it's the epitome of their clearly kawaii metal origins. IDZ and Gimme Chocolate, too, to a degree.
Of their more progressive phase, if they could do Tales of the Destinies one more time it would make me very happy.
I would love to see 'Catch Me If You Can' performed again, but would it work now? It's a song about kids, and they're now grown women. I think it wouldn't work, and might even be a bit undignified for them, now that they've matured.

Their early stuff like Doki Doki Morning and Awadama Fever have childish themes but they could lean into them and point up the contrast, not only between Baby and Heavy Metal, but between youth and maturity.

Just the choreography itself would take so much practice and discipline to get right along with the lyrics and music. The energy they are putting out in just one song would probably kill most people. The best part is you can tell they are genuinely having fun. Some bands hate doing live shows because they are exhausting and they aren't using half as much energy as these girls are. It's never as good a show when you can tell the people on stage aren't real happy to be there.

Su's voice is one of the strenghts of Babymetal, AND I love when they include moas or momos ( before yuis) Kawaii / tender voices ( chorus) like in this song AND when they do so like in many others songs like headbanger I think they get to their Best genuine sound.

Yes, some songs have not been performed since 2017. Maybe they consider these songs not very popular. Now Babymetal have a lot of songs, and they physically cannot sing all the songs in one performance. Therefore, they always have to choose what to include in the tracklist. I noticed that Papaya and Distortion are present at all the concerts in Japan. And songs like Brand New Day are usually included in foreign tracklists.

It's a two-day show and some of the songs were repeated. I didn't duplicate the songs and post them in the order they were performed.
Amuse Inc. made a gesture of goodwill by allowing this concert to be published. I deliberately did not upload Full-time Blu-ray so as not to completely devalue the purchase of Blu-ray.

The old Babymetal songs don't have the same power anymore. It's not just because there are ingredients that simply can not be replaced if you want the same taste, but because, unfortunately, things you have in childhood are not transferable into adulthood.
