I always like your SW what ifs, but I really loved this one. What made it all the better is that you didn't just make Anakin an ideal Jedi with no flaws, you kept the "source material" and it made it so much better.
I like it, but it would require a bit of change to Palpatine's character for him to still view Darth Vader as a worthy successor after his defeat on Mustafar... let alone to actually care for him and not try to hold him back from becoming a threat. One gets the impression that Palps didn't like the aspect of the Baneite rule of two where the master is ultimately defeated and supplanted in time by the apprentice to continue the cycle...

Why do I have the feeling that the mere idea of the Jedi Council believing in Anakin from the beginning would not only give the Sith a run for their money but is also a very bad thing for everyone involved…specifically their enemies and those that threaten the balance. Plus it’s nice to see the Jedi Council believing in Anakin from the start in this ‘what if’ because for some reason the Jedi Council believing in Anakin makes sense (also he would be a very powerful and formidable individual) and the whole concept of Jedi Council trust Anakin from the start would fit perfectly well within the SW universe. The Jedi Council is one of my all time favourite flawed group of SW characters and it was nice to see you include them in this amazing ‘what if’ story. Forgive my silence as of late, the holidays have kept me busy, though rest assured I've still been tuning in. Rather than a silly comment, I want to bring up perhaps the only thing I dislike about a fair amount of your stories, albeit it is rather small in the grand scheme of things. In simple terms, its the assumption that certain events almost always happen in the exact same way. Especially when it should be at least slightly changed by the relevant changes for those stories. I feel this one in particular had a bad case of this in the battle of geonosis. In canon, the events leading up to this had anakin guarding padmae, murdering the tuskans, and losing his mother. I would assume that in this timeline he still would have had those visions, yet there was no mention of them. And yet we essentially just jump over all of that and skip straight to the battle, which only leaves me with questions regarding those details that i think should be regarded with more importance. That being said, most of the time these details likely dont contribute much to the story, i just get slightly bothered when a story skips something that probably would add a lot. As i was typing this, i was struck by the idea that you could post very rough outlines of work in progress stories for channel members to look through and ask questions about certain story points and to be an extra set of eyes in case something potentially important is overlooked, and to generally act as test readers to get an early idea of how a story might be received. I hope thats not too much to ask, and i totally understand if you decide not to use this idea. After all its your channel, and what you do with it is up to you and you alone. I only seek to bring out the best of the content I enjoy and those who work so hard to create it.
Oh I just know Dash would have a field day Mollywhopping droids. There's not really enough established incredibles characters to replace the Jedi, so how about this What if the Jedi were still generals, but the incredibles each were attached to spec forces units like the bad batch.
I have often thought "The Jedi Council" was very not bright when dealing with Anakin. First off, they tried to ignore a child with a MC Count that's off the chart, then they agree to teach him but only because they think he's some _"Chosen One"_ prophesied some long time in the past; a prophesy that is unclear at its best and easily could be misunderstood about a situation that is unknown of, then they tell the kid he's the chosen one, and lay that whole thing on his shoulders. That's a bit of pressure to put on a ten year old's shoulders. You know who you might not want to tell about a chosen one? Anyone outside of the council, especially The one you think _"might be"_ the chosen one. Sure, keep your eyes on him, but how about training the kid up some as normally as possible and lay a heavy burden on him when he's strong enough and mature enough to be ready for it?
I think if Anakin had a more balanced well-rounded lightsaber form he would not have lost his arm to Dooku maybe wouldn't have beaten Dooku as he wasn't that experience but I don't think he would have been owned so hard it was really that Anakin had been learning from Obi-Wan add Obi-Wan learning from Qui-Gon and Qui-Gon learning from Dooku that really gave Dooku of the advantage in this fight
What if the One Piece planet was in the Star Wars galaxy? Roger era would be during Clone Wars & post-Marineford era would be during Galactic Civil War. OP characters would be just as strong as in anime, making them monsters in the SW galaxy. But the Force would be introduced into the OP world & a lucky few OP characters would be force-sensitives.
What if the jedi still participated in the clone wars but not as Officers and Combatants. What if they were split between combat medic/non combat utility units. Theyd accompany clone forces in numbers scaling with the amount of clones, maybe 10 or more per legion. Theyd be split between operating as combat medics not allowed to participate in active combat unless in self defense or protection of their wounded charges. They cant intervene to save clones near them actively fighting unless they get wounded. Then they can use their lightsabers defensively to secure the wounded clone and get them to a secure place to stabilize them. This would require jedi actively bel trained in force healing. In return for jedi not being combatants, the CIS would be forced to agree not to have their droids target them and program them only to attack them if they are attacking you, to avoid any unnecessary circumstantial fuck up that causes a droid to dump the clip at a jedi defending a wounded clone Force healing is obscure but not really difficult to learn, the efficiency does scale to power tho, so a weak jedi couldn't heal some major wounds a powerful one could. The other half of the jedi would be left on conquered worlds to ensure stable transfer of governance back to the Republic. Theyd either then return to their troops or if needed or requested by the planet singular knights, padawan duos or master and apprentice duos could stay behind however long as needed as peacekeepers and wizards doing magic to help ease the suffering of the civilians that just got their cheeks spread by warfare. This role would still separate the jedi across the galaxy and keep them near clones for order 66, but theyd be doing basically the opposite of what sidious wanted them to be doing so i wonder how hed scheme up a way to have ordee 66 be accepted by a galaxy that fully rocks with the jedi bc they just be benevolent space wizards healing soldiers and stabilzing the new Republic worlds after they're taken back
What if Luke time travelled to the clone wars / ROTS before knowing Darth Vader was his father (so after episode 4 or in episode 5) and saw Anakins donwfall first hand
That could happen only if Dooku got Obi-Wan and Anakin to hide his capture so the Jedi could throw support behind Bail Organa and his allies getting the security counsel to take away Palpatine 's control of clones executive orders. Make no mistake if Palpatine thought the jig was up he'd execute order 66 and take the jedi with him

Excluding Padme from the story really makes sense. Mainly because the council would be hammering in their no personal attachments doctrine into a young Anakin to force him out of his crush for Padme. But with that either way the Jedi Order would die off since none of it's members are allowed to make families within the order and would still break families apart in the galaxy to grow their numbers. Which would unsurprisingly cause a Rebellion against the Jedi Order and the Republic for allowing the practice to still take place. Wanted to say something about the episode before making a request for a What If, wish more people would actually talk about the work you did in the episodes before putting in a request. Okay, my what if request could be a possible idea for a Valentine's Day episode, "What If Palpatine fell in love with Jocasta Nu and abandoned his plans for a Galactic Empire and the Sith to win her over?"

even if Anakin killed Sidius and Dooku it would never have brought balance to the force, the jedi them selves put it out of balance when they stopped serving the force and served the senate, and to bring balance to the force he needed to kill the jedi and the sith/ balance is not on a cosmic scale either but finding balance within since the dark side is a part of all living creatures as our darkest parts, our anger, hate, greed, envy and wrath
Yeah he definitely wouldn’t lose an arm in this scenario and dooku would get utterly curb stomped training with just obi wan for 10 years made anakin one of the strongest Jedi but being trained by the likes of plo koon yoda windu and so many other Jedi hes at least mustafar anakin in terms of strength if not higher dooku against op anakin with vaapad and shatter point along with obi wan with yoda not far behind dooku doesn’t even last 10 minutes let alone manages to escape he just gets beaten like he’s a child against an adult and while dooku is an amazing duelist against this anakin and obi wan he just doesn’t stand a chance
I don’t think it’s a good idea for the entire JC to train Anakin Skywalker because they all have different abilities and views of the Force even though they “Listen/Meditate” to the same Force, QuiGonJin was chosen by the Force to find Anakin Skywalker therefore Qui-Gon is the best and only teacher for Anakin Skywalker and then maybe only after being a grown up,master Yoda could guide Anakin in all Knowledge of the Force because Yoda is the only oldest living Jedi amongst the Jedi Council. The whole Balance theory is,The Jedi Order got heavily involved with politics,instead of serving their true purpose of being Peace Keepers on the Galaxy the Jedi got to entangled and without noticing they became the Senate Swat Team, or Special Forces rather, the Jedi forgot their purpose of defending the weak, Palpatine exploited this relentlessly and to the fullest extent and it benefited him, the Jedi became the Darth Sidious personal security because Darth Sidious had the best of the Jedi master protecting him, Master Yoda,Anakin,Windu etc…. another theory is that when The Force saw the Jedi Council turn their backs on Qui-Gon when he found Anakin and worried more about war, I believe that the Force sensed this and it was their last chance…. They blew it…. Maul killed Qui-Gon and the rest is history…. The Jedi Council created the imbalance themselves. Anakin Skywalker ended up in the council to restore that Balance.
What people fail to understand is that Anakin never fell to the dark side , Anakin was the force incarnate so it was inevitable that he would become a master of both the light side and the dark side . Both the jedi and the Sith failed to realize this. Everything that happened , everything that he did as both Anakin and Vader was the will of the force ........... it was why he was created .
Yes and No. It is honestly up to interpretation. As initially set up, the Sith was an imbalance in the force working against its will. Looking at expanded material after the first movies both the Jedi and Sith were splinter groups from the original true force sensitive order. The two pushed to extremes on the spectrum of the force trying to kill the other believing they were in the right. Neither really were. Anakin learning to use the Light and Darkness he has with his force abilities was his eventual training for the duty he was designed for. He did not need to master either extreme because that would not have been balanced.
This story is ok so far but anakin wouldn’t lose an arm this is anakin with 10 years of being trained by the greatest Jedi of that era on top of having the experience he would have vaapad which means he has all 7 lightsaber forms with the skill to use them on top of this obi wan would have been working side by side with anakin getting some training from council members for 10 years at that point they are at least revenge of the sith level with anakin more than likely being higher than that Yeah dooku isn’t winning any fight against this anakin especially near the end of the war your treating anakin like he’s only the strength he has in revenge of the sith when he would be way above that
Anakin losing to Dooku that many times is horseshit buddy. I'm not even an Anakin fanboy but pretty lame. All to fit a storyline you had in mind rather clunkily.
I know a lot of these Anakin what ifs imply that he won't turn to the dark side, but I would really appreciate that once in a while, when the story reaches its climax and Anakin is face to face with the corruption of the dark side, you would decide to subvert our expectations and make him still turn. Note that this isn't meant to be a complaint, just a suggestion, I realize and appreciate how many ours of work must go into these videos you provide to us at no cost.
Nah what’s impossible is anakin losing his arm in this story dooku gets curb stomped mid to high diff by this version of anakin alone add in obi wan they are just having an easy time mix that with yoda who’s like 20 to 30 minutes away at most and dooku just doesn’t win I know it’s for story purposes but it just doesn’t make any sense for anakin to lose the arm he and obi wan with 10 years of being trained or training with council members makes them at least revenge of the sith level if not stronger

There's not really enough established incredibles characters to replace the Jedi, so how about this

I have often thought "The Jedi Council" was very not bright when dealing with Anakin.
First off, they tried to ignore a child with a MC Count that's off the chart, then they agree to teach him but only because they think he's some _"Chosen One"_ prophesied some long time in the past; a prophesy that is unclear at its best and easily could be misunderstood about a situation that is unknown of, then they tell the kid he's the chosen one, and lay that whole thing on his shoulders. That's a bit of pressure to put on a ten year old's shoulders.
You know who you might not want to tell about a chosen one? Anyone outside of the council, especially The one you think _"might be"_ the chosen one.
Sure, keep your eyes on him, but how about training the kid up some as normally as possible and lay a heavy burden on him when he's strong enough and mature enough to be ready for it?
Trained by Yoda, Mace, and all the Jedi Masters and you still have him losing to Count Dooku. Story writing, flawed it is.

I think if Anakin had a more balanced well-rounded lightsaber form he would not have lost his arm to Dooku maybe wouldn't have beaten Dooku as he wasn't that experience but I don't think he would have been owned so hard it was really that Anakin had been learning from Obi-Wan add Obi-Wan learning from Qui-Gon and Qui-Gon learning from Dooku that really gave Dooku of the advantage in this fight

OP characters would be just as strong as in anime, making them monsters in the SW galaxy. But the Force would be introduced into the OP world & a lucky few OP characters would be force-sensitives.
What if the jedi still participated in the clone wars but not as Officers and Combatants.
What if they were split between combat medic/non combat utility units. Theyd accompany clone forces in numbers scaling with the amount of clones, maybe 10 or more per legion.
Theyd be split between operating as combat medics not allowed to participate in active combat unless in self defense or protection of their wounded charges. They cant intervene to save clones near them actively fighting unless they get wounded. Then they can use their lightsabers defensively to secure the wounded clone and get them to a secure place to stabilize them. This would require jedi actively bel trained in force healing. In return for jedi not being combatants, the CIS would be forced to agree not to have their droids target them and program them only to attack them if they are attacking you, to avoid any unnecessary circumstantial fuck up that causes a droid to dump the clip at a jedi defending a wounded clone
Force healing is obscure but not really difficult to learn, the efficiency does scale to power tho, so a weak jedi couldn't heal some major wounds a powerful one could.
The other half of the jedi would be left on conquered worlds to ensure stable transfer of governance back to the Republic. Theyd either then return to their troops or if needed or requested by the planet singular knights, padawan duos or master and apprentice duos could stay behind however long as needed as peacekeepers and wizards doing magic to help ease the suffering of the civilians that just got their cheeks spread by warfare.
This role would still separate the jedi across the galaxy and keep them near clones for order 66, but theyd be doing basically the opposite of what sidious wanted them to be doing so i wonder how hed scheme up a way to have ordee 66 be accepted by a galaxy that fully rocks with the jedi bc they just be benevolent space wizards healing soldiers and stabilzing the new Republic worlds after they're taken back

That could happen only if Dooku got Obi-Wan and Anakin to hide his capture so the Jedi could throw support behind Bail Organa and his allies getting the security counsel to take away Palpatine 's control of clones executive orders. Make no mistake if Palpatine thought the jig was up he'd execute order 66 and take the jedi with him

Excluding Padme from the story really makes sense. Mainly because the council would be hammering in their no personal attachments doctrine into a young Anakin to force him out of his crush for Padme. But with that either way the Jedi Order would die off since none of it's members are allowed to make families within the order and would still break families apart in the galaxy to grow their numbers. Which would unsurprisingly cause a Rebellion against the Jedi Order and the Republic for allowing the practice to still take place. Wanted to say something about the episode before making a request for a What If, wish more people would actually talk about the work you did in the episodes before putting in a request. Okay, my what if request could be a possible idea for a Valentine's Day episode, "What If Palpatine fell in love with Jocasta Nu and abandoned his plans for a Galactic Empire and the Sith to win her over?"

even if Anakin killed Sidius and Dooku it would never have brought balance to the force, the jedi them selves put it out of balance when they stopped serving the force and served the senate, and to bring balance to the force he needed to kill the jedi and the sith/ balance is not on a cosmic scale either but finding balance within since the dark side is a part of all living creatures as our darkest parts, our anger, hate, greed, envy and wrath

Yeah he definitely wouldn’t lose an arm in this scenario and dooku would get utterly curb stomped training with just obi wan for 10 years made anakin one of the strongest Jedi but being trained by the likes of plo koon yoda windu and so many other Jedi hes at least mustafar anakin in terms of strength if not higher dooku against op anakin with vaapad and shatter point along with obi wan with yoda not far behind dooku doesn’t even last 10 minutes let alone manages to escape he just gets beaten like he’s a child against an adult and while dooku is an amazing duelist against this anakin and obi wan he just doesn’t stand a chance

I don’t think it’s a good idea for the entire JC to train Anakin Skywalker because they all have different abilities and views of the Force even though they “Listen/Meditate” to the same Force, QuiGonJin was chosen by the Force to find Anakin Skywalker therefore Qui-Gon is the best and only teacher for Anakin Skywalker and then maybe only after being a grown up,master Yoda could guide Anakin in all Knowledge of the Force because Yoda is the only oldest living Jedi amongst the Jedi Council. The whole Balance theory is,The Jedi Order got heavily involved with politics,instead of serving their true purpose of being Peace Keepers on the Galaxy the Jedi got to entangled and without noticing they became the Senate Swat Team, or Special Forces rather, the Jedi forgot their purpose of defending the weak, Palpatine exploited this relentlessly and to the fullest extent and it benefited him, the Jedi became the Darth Sidious personal security because Darth Sidious had the best of the Jedi master protecting him, Master Yoda,Anakin,Windu etc…. another theory is that when The Force saw the Jedi Council turn their backs on Qui-Gon when he found Anakin and worried more about war, I believe that the Force sensed this and it was their last chance…. They blew it…. Maul killed Qui-Gon and the rest is history…. The Jedi Council created the imbalance themselves. Anakin Skywalker ended up in the council to restore that Balance.

Yes and No. It is honestly up to interpretation. As initially set up, the Sith was an imbalance in the force working against its will.
Looking at expanded material after the first movies both the Jedi and Sith were splinter groups from the original true force sensitive order. The two pushed to extremes on the spectrum of the force trying to kill the other believing they were in the right. Neither really were.
Anakin learning to use the Light and Darkness he has with his force abilities was his eventual training for the duty he was designed for. He did not need to master either extreme because that would not have been balanced.

This story is ok so far but anakin wouldn’t lose an arm this is anakin with 10 years of being trained by the greatest Jedi of that era on top of having the experience he would have vaapad which means he has all 7 lightsaber forms with the skill to use them on top of this obi wan would have been working side by side with anakin getting some training from council members for 10 years at that point they are at least revenge of the sith level with anakin more than likely being higher than that
Yeah dooku isn’t winning any fight against this anakin especially near the end of the war your treating anakin like he’s only the strength he has in revenge of the sith when he would be way above that

Anakin losing to Dooku that many times is horseshit buddy. I'm not even an Anakin fanboy but pretty lame. All to fit a storyline you had in mind rather clunkily.
I know a lot of these Anakin what ifs imply that he won't turn to the dark side, but I would really appreciate that once in a while, when the story reaches its climax and Anakin is face to face with the corruption of the dark side, you would decide to subvert our expectations and make him still turn.
