I can't emphasize enough that your instructional videos are truly that: instructional videos. There is no mention of yardages, swing speeds, or other vanity statistics that other UA-cam instructors are so quick to point out. I reckon that you simply want to focus on accurate striking of the ball and allow each golfer to seek their own yardage. Bravo, Adam!
Thanks for the kind comment Mark.
All the best, Adam

These are really good tips, Adam. This is something I've struggled with for several years.
thanks, hope you make good progress.

I have been working on this using a DTL camera. I move my right hip back, I am shallowing the club, and my launch monitor says that I am bringing the club from the inside, but as the club is coming down my right hip moves forward. I have been doing this for years and I am just starting to work on it. I have tried your third drill, but I have not tried the first two. I will give them a try and I will give myself some time. Thanks for the information.
Hope is how’s well for you Frank

Boss shit! Awesome vids my dude
Glad you find them helpful Alexander
Hi AB great stuff as always. Is there anyway to prevent lead hip from feeling locked up as we go deeper during down swing? Please point to some earlier video on this if possible. Thanks again
Thanks Suhas.
I can only guess, but if lead leg locking up too early I’d say your weight is likely hanging on the back foot too much.

Great drills Adam, thank you.
Thanks very much Giles, best, Adam
A giveaway on that shirt would be nice. Good video!
👍👍

Adam, your third drill reminds me of the "hip hinge" exercise my trainer has be doing every session. Is this the same (or similar) movement? The knees and head stay pretty stable on the vertical vector; they have to move up and down a bit, but not forward or back. Thanks.
Don’t have a clear picture of the exercise, but it sounds the some as best as I can tell.
Thanks, Adam
Adam, great video! But the problem with my swing is I like to slide my hips rather than rotate. Would love to see a video on how to fix that please! Thanks for all the tips!
OK Noah. I do have a number of videos at this channel on hip movement (there should be some slide), hope you'll find them helpful.

I feel by engaging the stomach muscles helps me from early extension. Keeps me in good posture. Is this right Adam?
That sounds good Shannon.

Great drills Adam ...does Jeff Ritters front foot drill basically address this too?
Thanks Dan.
I’m sorry, but off the top of my head I don’t know which drill (I like Jeff’s drills) he demonstrates in that video.
All the best, Adam
Adam: Great video! I guess early extension causes me to be "stuck" sometime in my downswing. I then have to "heave" to hit the ball and I feel all "cramped" with my arms.
Thanks Greg, hope you make good progress.
All the best, Adam
Hey Adam, you mentioned that having a steep downswing could affect the early extension. I am a taller player with a steeper plane is it fine to keep a rather steep out to left type downswing?
Ultimately it’s the design of the club that dictates the ideal plane, not me. If a player is significantly steeper that that plane early in the downswing it’s challenging to create a consistent impact. Hope this helps
Adam, I get my butt back and rotate better but now I come over the top. Thoughts?
Hard to say without seeing you swing CK. Try a video at this channel about 'getting into the slot' I think it will help.

Why is every golf teacher now from England? Are they teaching it in school?!
I don’t know that!
