I think blue was the last color I collected too. When you go back to the cloud kingdom talk to Mica first to activate quest then there will be a gold colored cloud by the rainbow bridge right by the rainbow horses for sale. It should have a blue exclamation point above it. Once you click on it and collect all 40 horseshoes around the clouds go back to mica and you should get the blue color to restore the rainbow. Let me know if this works. If you don't see the gold cloud try it in the morning since you can only do the horseshoe collection once a day. Let me know how it goes.❤️
