I don't think Kurt should give Miguel another chance- idk why. Miguel doesn't even let Kurt explain what happened. He just ends the relationship immediately. I honestly think Miguel doesn't deserve Kurt's love and care. Kurt loved him for so long but Miguel doesn't trust him still. If I was Kurt, I wouldn't give him another chance- Miguel would just make the relationship toxic due to his jealousy and anger if they get back together.
I understand why Miguel that Kurt was cheating. Kurt and his sister didn't look alike or have similar features.
