@@rockjockchick What should the price be? I don't know anything about Orem. Is this considered a suburb of Salt Lake? Or more connected to Provo? Or are both of those like suburbs of Salt Lake? I'm not very familiar with Utah. But the house is really pretty. With amazing amenities. If you want to nitpick it looks like one kind of busy road or highway right behind there. I'm surprised they built such an incredible house that close to that. It might be a little loud. A house of that magnitude should be at least a mile away from the busy roads. But otherwise it's just perfect.
