What a talent Hailey had...not conventional..but on point and feels right, the designs are sophisticated and deep..it does not treat you like your some moulded manequin on the designers imagination..her design is for a bride who wants a lifetime marriage..❤❤❤

Hayley Paige was very young when she signed the contract. She was of legal age, but was so excited to be offered a contract, she signed the contact without hiring her own attorney to read the contract. Basically she signed all her rights away including the use of her own name.
Not just her business, but her *name*. She's now having to go by "Cheval."

Incredibly sad, what she must've gone thru, the pain!! Like a phoenix , I can only hope she came thru it all wiser, stronger, better and will go on to truly great things in her life!!

I hate when parents tell their kids they just can’t get over their choice of dress. Now I’d understand if the mom was paying for it herself or was helping. But if you’re not helping with the cost of any of it then it doesn’t matter what you want. What should matter is if your child is happy. I hate seeing that up here.

I wish I got to see what the wedding was like because the theme of the wedding is so unique and it made me nervous and excited at the same time that I just wanted to go to her wedding and be invited! Plus in 1:21 I felt emotionally connected to this photo.

For my first marriage, that ended in divorce, I almost bought a similar (but not the same) second hand Hayley Paige gown in a different hue from online. I backed out because I thought alterations with such an intricate gown would be a hassle to deal with. I think it’s sad she lost the legal use of her own name. As she had some truly unique, whimsical and cute wedding gown designs.

That black dress is GORGEOUS OMG! I personally want a wedding dress that can double as a special occasion dress down the road because I'm broke af so if I'm going to save $1000 to $5000 for a wedding dress I want it to be able to be used more than once and not just once and never touched again. Which means, it can't be fully white, or look like a traditional wedding dress. But definitely gorgeous and like a princess. Personally, I want something that's like flowy with long flowy sleeves like in those princessy Irish type of medieval films.
I have seen people with white wedding dresses made out of primarily one or two fabrics dye them to make them less bridal and more rewearable, so that also seems to be an option if you do decide on a white dress. You would just have to do your research and proper swatch testing first.

In all honesty I don’t understand why brides come on the show asking for coloured dresses/ black dresses. Just get a prom dress? You’ll get EXACTLY what you want for a farrrrr cheaper price. And prom dresses are literally just coloured wedding dresses at this point 😂

Maybe it's the screen but it looks pretty white to me. Like it's an off white and it's a warm white, but it's very close to white. Like a washed out peachy white. If you're not going for white and want color, why do something so subtle?

I never understand why people who want this sort of specifically 'weird' dress go to a bridal shop instead of just getting one made for them. Surely it's the easiest way to get exactly what you want?
I mean luckily this bride found a gorgeous dress that ticked all the boxes but I'm not sure how often that happens. If she'd been stuck on having something more gothic for instance I think she'd have gone home empty handed.

I used to bartend weddings, I was one at a dark love themed one, it was literally one of the most gorgeous layouts I'd ever seen, I took photos when we were prepping to send to my now husband. It was unique but so elegant! So many weddings I don't remember
