Until you navigate what to do with the body again? Or is it being done automatically? Thank you 🙏

Hi, the nondual shift was abiding and has been unchanging. And life goes on! Life still changes; there are movements toward or away, there are emotions, and situations, all flowing. All are arising and ceasing and changing. But the aperture of consciousness (and ultimately that which is beyond consciousness) never closed back down into separation. While that moment in time was extraordinary, it’s also now pretty ordinary…or, rather, natural. I’m glad you appreciated the video. I feel it’s important to share our experiences on the path, as it can be instructive, and hopefully helpful. 💛

It has made me realise how much there is to experience and that I don't feel capable of reaching the lofty heights that you did. Sorry if I sound hopelessly pessimistic, but that's the way I see my situation. Don't take this personally, but I'm also angry that you had all that you had, but many others ( like me ), never get the slightest assistance from Spirit. And speaking of assistance - how come your guides didn't show up until deep into your awakenings ? I thought that guides were meant to help from the beginning ?
Hi, I have been there so I deeply understand. The thing is my true nature (spirit) is not different from your true nature. I actually don’t have anything that you don’t already inherently have. I may have had different life experiences - lots of trauma, pain, various suffering, as well as incredible openings and realizations. Your original essence is here whether you feel separate or feel unified and whole. And yes, I do feel there are guides and beings that are helping us all along. I became aware of them at various points but they were always there. I would start with deep compassion for yourself. You are deserving of love and kindness, gentleness, patience, and tenderness. Giving that to myself, I began to open up to so much. May it be so for you as well. ❤️
