Teresa is the end-game of Half-Awakeneds: able to Awaken at will and back, while remaining "human" (human side/flesh ruling over yoma side/flesh), that's how she is god, but why she is god, is that she bears the greatest suffering and mental trauma (she was betrayed by those that she trusted the most and she absolutely loved being human too, loved her black hair and her black eyes... yes, WTF, black eyes as a human, lol, Teresa HATES not only being a Claymore but being god, she just wanted to live a normal human life, which shows in/with her wishing that upon/for Clare as well, thinking that Clare and everyone must feel the same as her, but she was so very wrong about Clare, lol), which such emotions, is the source of both a Claymore's power level and an Awakened's power level Clare too, has such potential as well (she's already close to being able to Awaken at will, while remaining in full control), especially being unique, in that she's 3/4 human and 1/4 yoma and these two Claymores with such god ability/potential, along with their connection to each other (both directly-physically with Teresa preserved within Clare until Teresa commits suicide after killing Awakened Priscilla, wanting Clare to have her own body and mind, not be sharing it with her-Teresa, in hopes that eventually Clare will move on from herself-Teresa) and every/all other such other types of connections to each other of course), is the Legend of the Twin Goddesses of Love, the ULTIMATE BEING/WEAPON, though we don't get to see it (Clare and Teresa both active at the same time, Awakening together in the Twin Goddess of Love, as it is only Teresa, who takes control and kills Awakened Priscilla and then commits suicide, sadly. We had Goddess Teresa and Goddess Clare of legend, but never got to see them as the Twin Goddesses of Love, sighs.
A Claymore "Sisterhood" remake could be big. We've been begging for it for a long time. They could however just start from the canon 7 year time skip instead of continuing the mangled ending of the anime.
I watched claymore anime back then and I was satisfied with the ending but watching this video makes me wanna read the manga and hope that someday it will get a remake instead
I can't believe it ended with so much more story it can tell. Everything takes place on an island that is basically a testing ground for biological weapons. If the swords are technology (they can cut through anything) and the organization had knowledge of advanced genetic engineering and biology) that means that off the island it could potentially be futuristic sci fi and that the island was intentionally made to be less modern and more feudal
When I was a kid I was thinking that what if Claymore and Attack on Titan was on the same universe. Like the enemy they were referring to was Titans lol.
Fr i wanted to know more about the main land where the dragon decedents or whatever and the others mfs were fighting. But i think the remaining claymores would just have wanted to settle down and live our the rest of their lives in peace considering everything they’ve been through. Would’ve been cool if we got a bit more regarding the mainland but i couldnt be more happy the way it ended
The author stated he didn't want to expand the story to the other island because it felt unnecessary and that he didn't like how other authors, if they do expand their stories to a broader picture, always try to involve their main characters in everything that's going on. He wasn't a fan of that. His idea was the Claymores and their fight against the organization, they didn't care what was happening on the other island. They just wanted to fix their lives and the lives of the people of the island. And they did it, so the author got what he intended to do.
@@natasanj6472would’ve been cool to see an arc where the country/kingdom that managed the Organization invaded the Island to take back what’s « theirs » / get back at the Claymores who destroyed their testing ground experimentations. Feels like even if they could momentarily live normal lives, the Claymores would be living with a cloud over their heads, never knowing when their battle earned peace will be shattered. At least with such an ark it could end with the Claymores knowing that there is nothing more that could potentially stand in their way, focussing on bettering the lives of the people.
This one of the best manga I have ever read. The story telling was phenomenal and I loved how the Organization fell to pieces in all the chaos later on. Still would have loved to see what's actually happening in the continent wars because it seems like what where were seeing was pretty tame compared to that.
Ironically, the end of the Organization in Claymore is likely the end of the continent wars, because one side just lost their weapons factory, so it's no longer capable of fighting and either surrendered not long after, or was conquered directly.
@@charless1145 bruh, you did not just call Claymore "a wet turd" Like, I get it, Berserk is good, but do you really gotta put down other works because you think Berserk is the best?
@@Spacehog1981 Yes! I also read the whole manga series because the ending of the anime just felt wrong. Btw. - It was a great anime except for the last episodes, which were different from the manga. Maybe that was the reason why I didn't like the anime-ending... v(*~*)v
Omg I can't believe there are people who are still talking about this anime. The one clip I saw of the anime 10 years ago had burned into my child brain and I had been captivated by it ever since. Literally my most favorite manga of all time, a shame they didn't properly finish the anime.
I won't be watching this one as I haven't completed Claymore yet. However I would like to congratulate you on the success of the Berserk timeline video, keep up the great work!
I never finished claymore, I think I was at the very end but the author just didnt want to continue it and ended it asap from what I understand. There was even some hints that this was on some experimental land while a real battle was going on.. etc.. but then he didnt continue on that at all.
@emil gebl it was never about that. The series is named Claymore for a reason. Its about the warriors who the common people call Claymore and the Organization that they belong to. All that other stuff is just context for the larger world.
THIS made me feel so complete. Thank you SO much for taking the time to make and voice this priceless and timeless video for me and my childhood self ❤
I would pay stupid amounts of money to watch the rest of the story, especially as the anime ending is so weak. I was livid when I read the storyline of the manga and found out what we missed out on. Bring back Claymore!

My perfect wish for this series being revived again: + Anime Claymore Remake by Ufotable Studio. + Live Action Adaptation (HBO/Netflix/Amazon). + Video game franchise developed by Platinum game. Especially for Netflix Live Action, since this is like Grim Dark Fantasy show with 90% of female casts. An actual great story & badass female characters.
Your video came on randomly. Claymore is my favourite manga it’s the only series I own all the books for, I so badly wanted to reread it again but have found no time due to deadlines. So thank you for making this.
Thank you so much for creating this video. Claymore is a series/manga that I hold near to my heart and to see so much love and recognition these days! Great video.
Everytime Claire has flashbacks of Teresa being beheaded, I just cant stop my eyes getting into tears, as she went all through this trials to avenge her IDOL. And it even made me burst into tears when I realized that Teresa was the Final Awakening of Claire, I just caaaaanttt,, I LOVE THIS MANGA SO MUCH that even when I sleep I still imagine Teresa & Clare beating PRISCILLA to DUST
Teresa mistakingly lowered her yoki powers. Just before she was killed her eye color went from gold (10%-20%) of her power back to Silver ( Base). Priscilla was using well over 80% of her yoki power to keep up with Teresa, who used nowhere near that level. As a result Teresa couldn't see the attack, in base and fell to Priscilla
Imo she was simply caught off guard due to being foolish enough to not stay focused on priscilla. Priscilla SLOWLY reached for the sword before she swung it full force. Idk how the heck teresa didn't see that BEFORE she grabbed the wep lol. Only explanation is she let her guard down way too much.
Having just started watching the anime, Teresa died because she was compassionate. Clare humanised her, and made her much more maternal and caring. She believed priscilla wanted to die - she was always intent on killing her. In the end her humanity killed her.
This was one of the first Manga I completed when I got into anime. I always recommend it. I was like 13/14 years old reading this. Shit had my mind blown.
Claymore has one of the best monster designs in anime. Awakened beings are scary yet regal and beautiful at the same time. Isley, Roxanne, Miata, Hysteria, The Destroyer etc.
I'm a physical collector w/many amazing anime in my collection, but Claymore is definitely in my top 5. It has tremendous charm and, though many will vehemently disagree, I prefer it over Berserk.
The overall premise is weaker than Berserk but the execution is definitely better. Plus I'm pretty sure that the author of Berserk wrote himself into a corner, there was no fking way that Guts was gonna beat the Godhand without becoming some sort of God demon himself or something lmao.
@@Trollamollex Guts will be able to beat the Godhand with the right usage of the Berserker Armor. Skull Knight had already killed the previous 4 members of the Godhand so it's possible for Guts to finish what Skull Knight started.
Just remember, Claymore started later, but at least finished. Im just hoping we get 1 panel of Berserk this year. Eventually my great grandchild can give me the complete Berserk via a quantum entanglement device.

Claymore has my favourites cast out of all the manga I’ve seen. The author did such a good job writing characters whose motive are counter to our protagonist, but had all their lore and are instinctively interesting from their intro. My top 10 were: 1. Teresa 2. Galatea 3. Rafaela 4. Cassandra 5. Miria 6. Riful 7. Hysteria 8. Ophelia 9. Clare 10. Irene Teresa and Galatea are a treat. The mystery Rafaela was very intriguing top that with the dynamic with her sister. Miria is a badass. Riful was very logical more reasonable than Priscilla for a abyss one. I freaking adore Cassandra, very nasty and bizzare for her technique. Ophelia had the best awakening form. Clare is awesome. And Irene was my ace! Adored all of them. Damn have to reread some times lol
I like how the powerscaling goes "You're so powerful clare" To "You're weak af clare" To "No no You're powerful clare" To "You're the WEAKEST clare so WEAK" back to "OK so no one else could be as powerful as 'clare' "

@@bendavid2320 still havent gotten too into berserk yet but I basically know the story and I find it crazy how we still might not ever see it finished but I think the author at least made sure to finish the story just in case he passed away. So maybe it will still be finished. Just like the story of Hunter x Hunter... Truth be told the longer togashi takes the better in some ways cause he can then nourish his product and mold it to perfection. Also I think it's a fact that he finished the story just as a contingency. For some reason he just thinks he needs to be the one to do everything entirely and I don't he understand how much more he can get done if other people are taking the reigns first and foremost so he can get his health together
@@bendavid2320 but ultimately your right we can definitely read claymore. Yet two of the greatest manga of all time are still not finished almost 30 years in
I’ve watched the anime like three times but had no idea it got even better after the anime ended. They really need to redo the first season and then complete the story from there.
This was amazing ! I loved it. I always felt this was the predecessor for Attack On Titan. But i never got to finish the story. Because of this. I finally did!
i think the reason why no studio had taken the role to animate Claymore is simply because.. who tf can draw over 30 frames of those detailed af monsters for 1 second, just imagine how long it would take just to animate 3 episode let alone the entire series
Amazing, thank you for going through this manga. I do feel like it wasn’t picked up for another season f the anime because of the difficulty in animating it. Also this was a lot easier than just rereading it. Thank you again for your time and dedication
I've been waiting for this man, good shit Sadly, the anime started off great and ended very bad, wish they would've continued it because it's such a great story
The best anime I have ever watched!!! Sad it was only 26 episodes. I watched Naruto, Bleach, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen...love them all. The other anime simply didn't catch my interest. But all of them, have those childish silly moments, dragged on story line, filler episodes that make it feel like an eternity before the main plot continues. That is why Claymore is different. It has serious, horrific and sinister atmosphere throughout 100% of the story line, never once does it do something goofy. The idea of Awakening, especially waiting those episodes to see a new colossal awakened one, the creativeness of it all...just mind-blowing. Wish they could turn the entire manga into anime till the end, with some new additions to make it refreshing and new.
Yeah I've told people many times that if I had the money to fund anime by myself this would be one of the few series to get a remake/reboot. Along with air gear and a couple others.
Claymore was an anime that like defined my teenage years me and my brother watched it together he's younger than me so there weren't very many times where I wasn't being a doorknob and actually enjoyed something with him as children
CLAYMORE was so good, the anime was great too, i just think maybe they are afraid it wont get attention like the mainstream stuff, and so its more about financial than it is willing
When people say anime doesnt have great female mains and is always fan service focused, I always think about Claymore and Seirei no Moribito as strong counterpoints. I wish this was more popular today, there will be obvious comparisons to The Witcher but I think that would work to its advantage.
Such nostalgia... I've read the manga since it havent finished, Teresa is the most badass female char up to today. She's monster of monsters, yet remain calm, carefree and silent, no one ever know her true potential, I thought it's a waste she was killed off for a stupid mistake then.. Boom!! She made a badass come back to save the day with unmatched power in the EPIC final battle, well done, well done!!
actually teresa was THIS strong at the end because she was idealised greatly by clare who thought she was the strongest being in the world. Teresa with her original strength would'nt have won this easily. but yeah still what a great character
It's truly a timeless epic. I've read this whole thing so many times. It's just phenomenal from start to finish with some of the best artwork. I'll never understand why the anime was a single season. They just ended it, and blam, it was done. There is so much story to Claymore. It's truly one of my favorites. I fell in love with these characters. Even the villains. Priscilla was such an unfortunate soul, forced into cannibalism as a child, forced to cope the only way she could. It was unfortunate she let it turn her into a monster god.
I watched the animated series and read the entire manga a long time ago. I have been wanting to re-read the manga but after watching this video I decided not to since it's well done. Thank you for making this video, totally awesome.
Since Claire's awakening is so unique does that mean that Yoki energy permanently taints human flesh and creates a new type of power? But it's weird its like you're literally just turning into the creature you took flesh from so how do they get stronger? How strong was Teresa to be able to without contest take out awakened beings like nothing and whos guts did she recieve to make her that powerful? Everything about Claire and Teresa with the goddess folklore and resulting in the perfect fusion feels too perfect to be a coincidence in world
They run a myriad of painful implantation s into a stomata on their abdomen. They take different tissue parts from different parts of the dragon they captured off the battlefield. The parts aren’t from a Yoma
All Claymore's are embedded with half Yoma flesh and blood. The only exception is Clare who has embedded Teresa's flesh and blood which is why she's the weakest Claymore as she only has a quarter Yoma flesh and blood. claymore.fandom.com/wiki/Claymore
emotions (trauma / mentally f'ked up / etc) is what determines a Claymore's and Awakened's base power levels so the most powerful, are the most f'ked up: Rank SSS: Teresa (she's the most f'ked up of all) Rank SS: Awakened Priscilla Rank S: Rafaela (we never learn her backstory, we have no idea what happened to her to cause her to be so powerful. Remember, Rafaela was already this powerful long before the "Soul Link Failure" ever occurred. The one doing the Soul Link, is the more powerful one: Rafaela and Beth, whereas the one doing the Awakening, is the weaker one: Luciela and Alicia) Rank S (or between Rank S and Rank SS): Clare (but only at the near end of the manga, but she's been rising up in power level the whole time, Partially Awakened Clare is clearly a rank 1, easily pwning Awakened Rigardo, and generally doing decent against Abyssals too, though with Riful, she wasn't trying to kill Clare, though Clare wasn't fighting at her full potential either, of course) -------------- aside from base power level from one's emotions at Claymor'ization (becoming a Claymore) and Awakening (becoming an Awakened): you got the end-game of Half-Awakeneds: Teresa (and potentially Clare), able to Awaken and de-Awaken at will, while staying in total control. Rubel knowing about Half-Awakens is a very very very very very bad thing... lol basic Half-Awakening: it raises the limit from 80% to 90% (if not 100% = end-game Half-Awakeneds) also, yoma powers/abilities and yoki abiltiies, require less yoki release to do them (let's say, Helen's Arm Stretching should be at least 50% Yoki Release: the yoma takes over the body, but as a Half-Awaken, Helen can now do her Arm Stretching at only 30% Yoki Release: yoma takes over their face/head, which allows them to do the ability more often, it doesn't tire them out so quickly, it's less strain on their bodies/minds, and also, when they do that ability at HIGH Yoki Release, it's power/ability sky rockets as well too, it's just far more powerful than when they were Claymores. Or, take Miria's Phantom Step, which as a Claymore required 70% Yoki Release bursts, but now as a Half-Awakened, it only requires let's say, 50% yoki Release Bursts, but now imagine Half-Awakened Miria doing the Phantom Step back at 70% Yoki Release, she's going to be a lot faster than when she was doing the Phantom Step at 70% as a Claymore)
the Organization's biggest darkest secret of all: the normal yomas can sense/smell the most viable hosts for their Yoma Virus, "Raki smells delicious" or "why did human Clare never get eaten? the first yoma-her-brother, pounced on her, not to eat her, but to f'k her... and the 2nd yoma took her around from town to town, again, not eating her, and likely f'king her too...poor human Clare likely wasn't just physically abused... lol) so, the Organization intentionally lets its normal yomas hunt down a "viable host", and let that normal yoma, kill the host's family, causing trauma and emotional distress, so that they'll be more powerful Claymores, and right before the normal yoma goes to eat/kill the viable host, the Organization sends in a Claymore to kill the normal yoma, and then the orphaned host, sees them as their saviors, and will be abandoned by humanity, making them easy "kid-nappings" by the "slave traders" (men in black = aka, the Organization), or easy pickings, as the orphaned hosts have no where else to go, either, and willingly too, as they want to get revenge on the yomas as well too... ya... the Organization is really evil... though maybe it's a necessary evil... depends on the dragons and etc stuff... who knows... personally I think they're evil, wanting to rule/take over the world, but even if that's the case, the dragons could still be just as an equal of a threat as well too... sometimes evil is neccesary to balance/stalemate another evil, the two evils keep each other in check, lol
@@redmoonbloodmoon3161 yeah the organization is very manipulative. I think we just never get enough of a look into the larger conflict going on in the wider world with the dragon creatures. I think it could've had a similar "across the pond" feel of like attack on titan season 4 expanding into a larger more complex conflict with more insight

I think the author retconneed that? I also feel / think the same as you.. I feel like they had so much story to tell but nope.

Damn, this guy dropped another bomb, after the berserk timeline. ❤
Its really more like the Witcher series. Compared to berserk, this is a wet turd. Maybe the manga
@@charless1145 bruh, you did not just call Claymore "a wet turd"

For real, if they can wrap up the series that’d be A1
They'll never do it, but I wish they'd fix the ending. I actually bought all the manga because I was so frustrated at the end of the anime.

@@Spacehog1981 Yes! I also read the whole manga series because the ending of the anime just felt wrong.

Omg I can't believe there are people who are still talking about this anime. The one clip I saw of the anime 10 years ago had burned into my child brain and I had been captivated by it ever since. Literally my most favorite manga of all time, a shame they didn't properly finish the anime.
I have been meaning to read claymore again recently and I feel like watching this was enough to refresh me on how rad claymore is! Good job!

Thanks, bro! I appreciate the continued support, especially the funny comments.
I just realized, Claymore is very similar to if you mix Berserk with The Witcher.
I was literally just thinking this. 'Hero' characters that aren't exactly treated well. The strange eyes, monster hunters.

My perfect wish for this series being revived again:
+ Anime Claymore Remake by Ufotable Studio.
+ Live Action Adaptation (HBO/Netflix/Amazon).
+ Video game franchise developed by Platinum game.
Especially for Netflix Live Action, since this is like Grim Dark Fantasy show with 90% of female casts. An actual great story & badass female characters.
Live action for a grim fantasy tends to suck though
Remake it true to the story not whatever they ended up doing with it cause it sucked and no live action name one that hasn't sucked donkey balz
Nooooooo... NO live action ruination!
@@hariman7727 yeah Netflix did 90% miss & 10% ratio especially when it comes to female protags. So my scenario is just a wishful thinking.
@@azuredream9032 Yea, she lowered her guard.. Her eyes went from "Gold" to "Silver".
Having just started watching the anime, Teresa died because she was compassionate. Clare humanised her, and made her much more maternal and caring. She believed priscilla wanted to die - she was always intent on killing her. In the end her humanity killed her.
How fitting that this is uploaded and recommended to me as I've just started reading Claymore a couple weeks ago.
One of the coolest moments is when all the awakened being are sitting around at the end waiting to watch.
Just remember, Claymore started later, but at least finished.
Im just hoping we get 1 panel of Berserk this year. Eventually my great grandchild can give me the complete Berserk via a quantum entanglement device.
Here I am being sad each time i see an old enthusiastic Berserk comment now. Fuck man, his death hits hard.
@@airone7794 same it was the hardest hit for me during this quarantine, cause I know that no one else could even try to finish it for him (if that would even be something he would’ve wanted) it’s not even story wise it’s just his art, I firmly believe no one could make beautiful panels, like the one with wounded guts resting on the boat window without his prosthetic hand, the way he did

god Claymore will forever stay as my fav manga, it's been so long and I still feel the same excitement as if I read it for the first time
Claymore has my favourites cast out of all the manga I’ve seen. The author did such a good job writing characters whose motive are counter to our protagonist, but had all their lore and are instinctively interesting from their intro. My top 10 were:
1. Teresa
2. Galatea
3. Rafaela
4. Cassandra
5. Miria
6. Riful
7. Hysteria
8. Ophelia
9. Clare
10. Irene
Teresa and Galatea are a treat.
This is a solid top 10!
I would rank Irene higher than Ophelia and Hysteria closer to Miria.
Otherwise, this is pretty accurate.
Glad to see Teresa being number 1. She's not only OP but her character arc is incredible.
@@LaMarco0 Yeah, Ilena (Irene) is higher than Ophelia for sure.
thank you. I've gone years without ever knowing how it ended. A part of me still has hope that some studio will pick it up eventually.

"You're weak af clare"
To
"No no You're powerful clare"
To
"You're the WEAKEST clare so WEAK"
back to
"OK so no one else could be as powerful as 'clare' "

Truth be told the longer togashi takes the better in some ways cause he can then nourish his product and mold it to perfection. i think the reason why no studio had taken the role to animate Claymore is simply because.. who tf can draw over 30 frames of those detailed af monsters for 1 second, just imagine how long it would take just to animate 3 episode let alone the entire series
I watched the 2007 anime as one of my first Anime, did not know that claymore ended like this, more holesome then i thought :)
Amazing, thank you for going through this manga. I do feel like it wasn’t picked up for another season f the anime because of the difficulty in animating it. Also this was a lot easier than just rereading it. Thank you again for your time and dedication
For some reason I would love to see you do this with air gear
I've been waiting for this man, good shit
Sadly, the anime started off great and ended very bad, wish they would've continued it because it's such a great story
Thank you. This is actually my favorite anime and it means a lot to me.
I just finished watching the anime and i known im late but im so glad to have found out of claymore it really needs to continue!
Pls do read the manga. It's far more awesome after the Battle in Pieta

Thank you i love claymore
When people say anime doesnt have great female mains and is always fan service focused, I always think about Claymore and Seirei no Moribito as strong counterpoints. I wish this was more popular today, there will be obvious comparisons to The Witcher but I think that would work to its advantage.
We need to start a petition to make this an on going thing because they need to continue this
Such nostalgia...
Teresa with her original strength would'nt have won this easily. but yeah still what a great character
this was great! thanks so much for making it
It's truly a timeless epic.
This is one of the greatest manga ever written, and thank you for this Video
I watched the animated series and read the entire manga a long time ago. I have been wanting to re-read the manga but after watching this video I decided not to since it's well done. Thank you for making this video, totally awesome.
one of the best anime and manga ever
It was great to hear the recap of the story and so enjoyable to have in Background before work
Since Claire's awakening is so unique does that mean that Yoki energy permanently taints human flesh and creates a new type of power?
The only exception is Clare who has embedded Teresa's flesh and blood which is why she's the weakest Claymore as she only has a quarter Yoma flesh and blood.
claymore.fandom.com/wiki/Claymore
emotions (trauma / mentally f'ked up / etc) is what determines a Claymore's and Awakened's base power levels
so the most powerful, are the most f'ked up:
Rank SSS: Teresa (she's the most f'ked up of all)
Rank SS: Awakened Priscilla
Rank S: Rafaela (we never learn her backstory, we have no idea what happened to her to cause her to be so powerful. Remember, Rafaela was already this powerful long before the "Soul Link Failure" ever occurred. The one doing the Soul Link, is the more powerful one: Rafaela and Beth, whereas the one doing the Awakening, is the weaker one: Luciela and Alicia)
Rank S (or between Rank S and Rank SS): Clare (but only at the near end of the manga, but she's been rising up in power level the whole time, Partially Awakened Clare is clearly a rank 1, easily pwning Awakened Rigardo, and generally doing decent against Abyssals too, though with Riful, she wasn't trying to kill Clare, though Clare wasn't fighting at her full potential either, of course)
--------------
aside from base power level from one's emotions at Claymor'ization (becoming a Claymore) and Awakening (becoming an Awakened):
you got the end-game of Half-Awakeneds: Teresa (and potentially Clare), able to Awaken and de-Awaken at will, while staying in total control. Rubel knowing about Half-Awakens is a very very very very very bad thing... lol
basic Half-Awakening:
it raises the limit from 80% to 90% (if not 100% = end-game Half-Awakeneds)
also, yoma powers/abilities and yoki abiltiies, require less yoki release to do them (let's say, Helen's Arm Stretching should be at least 50% Yoki Release: the yoma takes over the body, but as a Half-Awaken, Helen can now do her Arm Stretching at only 30% Yoki Release: yoma takes over their face/head, which allows them to do the ability more often, it doesn't tire them out so quickly, it's less strain on their bodies/minds, and also, when they do that ability at HIGH Yoki Release, it's power/ability sky rockets as well too, it's just far more powerful than when they were Claymores. Or, take Miria's Phantom Step, which as a Claymore required 70% Yoki Release bursts, but now as a Half-Awakened, it only requires let's say, 50% yoki Release Bursts, but now imagine Half-Awakened Miria doing the Phantom Step back at 70% Yoki Release, she's going to be a lot faster than when she was doing the Phantom Step at 70% as a Claymore)
the Organization's biggest darkest secret of all:
the normal yomas can sense/smell the most viable hosts for their Yoma Virus, "Raki smells delicious" or "why did human Clare never get eaten? the first yoma-her-brother, pounced on her, not to eat her, but to f'k her... and the 2nd yoma took her around from town to town, again, not eating her, and likely f'king her too...poor human Clare likely wasn't just physically abused... lol)
so, the Organization intentionally lets its normal yomas hunt down a "viable host", and let that normal yoma, kill the host's family, causing trauma and emotional distress, so that they'll be more powerful Claymores, and right before the normal yoma goes to eat/kill the viable host, the Organization sends in a Claymore to kill the normal yoma, and then the orphaned host, sees them as their saviors, and will be abandoned by humanity, making them easy "kid-nappings" by the "slave traders" (men in black = aka, the Organization), or easy pickings, as the orphaned hosts have no where else to go, either, and willingly too, as they want to get revenge on the yomas as well too...
ya... the Organization is really evil... though maybe it's a necessary evil... depends on the dragons and etc stuff... who knows... personally I think they're evil, wanting to rule/take over the world, but even if that's the case, the dragons could still be just as an equal of a threat as well too... sometimes evil is neccesary to balance/stalemate another evil, the two evils keep each other in check, lol
