I had to walk into a scene where my friend called me a slimy, slithering, sack of filth, and I had to shrug it off and say "nice to see you too Hall" Ahhhh memories
We haven't completed the show yet, but we're doing Moana Jr. At the very beginning, I have to hide behind one of the ancestors, and then everyone in front of me splits like a flower and I stand in the middle of them. Very pretty to see from my perspective.
Very informal! I would turn down the back ground music. I didn't have very loud, but the music was louder than your voice, I couldn't hear you. This was very helpful!
Thanks for letting me know your experience. I’ve played around with various levels and music cues, so some of my older videos I didn’t quite have the right balance. But it’s good to get feedback. Aside from that I’m glad you got something out of the video.
3 questions during entrance into scene Where did i come from? Wt iam i dng just now as i enter the room? Wt is the first objective i need to accomplish when i go there?
Correct! Asking those questions will help make your entrance motivated. Changing the answers will change the energy of the entrance and effect how the scene starts.
Thank you for watching. I could give more examples but my aim was just to show you a few examples of how to answer those three questions and then to encourage you to try out your own entrances based on your own scripts or characters.
What's your most memorable entrance into a scene?

Mr Panquake, I just now saw your comment. Sorry for the slow reply. That sounds like a hilarious entrance! :-)
Shorter, that sounds like a really cool way to make an entrance. I wish I could see it. Break legs with the show!
In The Man Who Came to Dinner. I was Banjo, based on Harpo Marx… it was over the top and grand… and I was carrying a nurse lol
Thank you for this tutorial, it's really helpful
You're welcome!
I feel like I just had an Uta Hagen Method lesson from an episode of Blue's Clues. ;-)
You kinda did! Haha. What better way to learn acting than from children’s cartoons?
🤣🤣🤣

Thanks. I love that necklace too. In fact, it's been a hot minute since I've worn it. I need to find where I put it.
it's like past, present and future.
