Counting Crows - Holiday In Spain

"Holiday In Spain" by Counting Crows, edited to the Jim Jarmusch film "The Limits of Control". I really did not get that movie the first time I watched it. I didn't recall an official video for this song, so I wanted to make one, and somehow being set in Spain, I decided to use this film. After working with the footage, I have come to love the film now.
I actually met Isaach de Bankolé once when I was a video editor. I think he was putting together his acting reel. Very nice guy.

I feel like the clips could be from the 4th John Wick movie telling a story about john’s half brother who bought a cat after spending a Christmas at John’s house and seeing how happy he and his wife were in “retirement” , but he became separated from his cat upon going through customs and now he’s reflecting on the idea that maybe a normal life could never be in the cards for him.
