Great series, the footage is amazing. Kepp the amazing footage coming. We have added a couple destinations to our riding plans based on footage from your videos. Thanks
Thanks for Sharing your ride. I was there in 2021 and travelled some of these roads. I have enjoyed watching this series, and it makes me want to head back out there and do it again. Safe travels.
I rode a lot of these same roads back in 2019! We started in NW Washington state and ended the trip with 4,600 miles! Great series, really brought back some fantastic memories. Thanks for sharing.
I rented an Indian 2 years ago on a trip to SD and made this same trip on the Needles Highway and Iron Mountain Road. I also made a loop through Spearfish Canyon and Deadwood on my way back to Sturgis. It was an AMAZING ride!!
Awesome series!!! Rode Needles,IMR and Spearfish Canyon 5 times last year. Put 1500 miles on the the bike last summer out there. Another good twisty is 44 from Rapid City. SD is redoing 385 this summer so will have some detours. Can't wait till this summer to do it again. Stay safe in '24.
Thanks for this. The Needles/Iron Mountain loop is now definitely on my route planning list for my July trip. And thanks for the series: informative and well done.
No problem, glad you added them. They are two of the best roads in the entire country. I can’t think of another road with the unique features of Iron Mountain in the US. You’d have to go to the alps.
Thank you. Took the reverse of your route this summer West to East from Grand Canyon, ONLY had to start in Boston, so 3 days of nothing just to get out West. 7500mi. Big Horn, Beartooth, Chief Joseph, Black Hills, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Bryce, Zion, North Rim, with my buddy. Couple 600mi interstate days agh! We said never again, but we'd go again tomorrow. Got film but not edited like you.
That is an amazing ride! We did the North Rim a couple years ago, what a spectacular place. 690 mile days are aggressive but sometimes you just got to make the miles to get to the good stuff.
@FullTankAdventures yeah we're from Minnesota also. They were there on vacation and you just happened to be there at the exact same time as they did. Her and I were watching your video and all of a sudden she said hey stop and rewind. So I rewinded it and sure enough I seen our blue Hyundai in the video and then you walked up inside of that cave area and up into the needles area and you walked right past my wife and her sister.
Thanks Matt and the boys for bringing us another epic series. My absolute favorite UA-cam channel. How do you like the La Perra seat?? The aftermarket seat i tried i didn't care for so im going to try a Mustang, La Perra, or Corbin.
Enjoying the series. An awesome trip and some great footage. Keep up the work. What storage case are you guys running on the bikes. I need to look into one of those

Its funny. You filmed my wife and her sister on needles at the needle climbing on rocks when you were there climbing on the rocks.
Ha, that’s funny!

It’s called a Rack Pak. They are awesome. Thanks for watching!!
Another great video. May I ask who that is that rips it on guitar in your video.
Glad you enjoyed it! I’m not sure who is playing guitar, all the tracks are from the UA-cam library.
