Hey I had the code 40420 show up a couple of days ago and than it the check engine was gone two later, the next day the p0304 code came on while driving and check engine light was flashing and car seemed like it didn't want to accelerate, cut the car off went to clock in came came back drove around the parking lot with no problem, what could it be
Without me testing it I wouldn't know, maybe try putting the suspected cylinder's coil on a different cylinder and see if it throws that code, if so it's likely that coil

How much is that tool you’re using for checking the coils? Would you recommend it?
I think it was like $250ish... I don't remember... It's ok but honestly haven't used it much at all to really learn it. It's pretty cool though
