Taking the cash isn’t illegal and she documented the unboxing she totally covered herself here she clearly had legal advise before opening it and she’s completely safe from the law/IRS. If this guy was a danger or threat to her he wouldn’t send her 70k, he can harm someone for free and he wouldn’t provide them with tools to defend themselves.
