I love that even though the house is small, it’s still so beautiful and full of details. I absolutely love the bathroom accent wall. This is stunning.
Cute idea but in a winter cabin you need a pot belly stove and lots of storage!

Nice plan. I like the 2nd floor (I wouldn’t change anything there). I would change some of the main floor. I agree with the comment that said make the powder room smaller and give that space to the kitchen. Use the space under the stairs for storage so a door would be needed. I would change out the dining table for an island with seating to give you more prep space and a place to eat. The living room is cozy but those long windows just make it feel cold. Maybe shorter windows and window seats for additional seating. I love these designs- keep them coming.

Ich finde dieses Häuschen süß. Genau richtig für mich und mein Hündchen. Den oberen Stock würde ich mit einem Arbeitsraum statt zwei Schlafzimmer einräumen. Dann noch einen Abstellraum und einen Kamin. Dann ziehe ich sofort ein. 👍‼️🙋♀️🇩🇪

Pocket doors would allow for more storage. Mount the TV on the wall between the glass doors and open that space up more. Clutter makes any space look smaller and that TV arrangement would be a clutter magnet. Just MY opinion. I do love the design though!

Love the upper level including the washer and dryer. A single bed in the bedroom with 2 beds would allow for storage space. The lower level’s kitchen is way too small though. Overall, I would also be concerned about a likely absence of adequate insulation.

Put a fireplace between the two sliding door entrances and place the door entering the powder room under the stairwell to the side, makes room for a stackable laundry unit since there isn’t a laundry room.
There is a washer/dryer at the top of the stairs to the left of the bathroom.
Couldn’t tell what that area was, thought it was a walk-in closet.😅
This house doesn't have a lot of room for a purely cosmetic space-taker like a fireplace. They're very poor sources of heat, and they complicate furniture arrangement. Of course, the present arrangement isn't ideal! ;-)
I really love this place. My favorite part is the balcony off the main bedroom. And, the 2nd bedroom with 2 beds. It's pretty cool if you have 1 child or even if you have 2. And they don't have to be the same sex. You could always put a line up in the middle and throw a blanket over it as they get older. I really love log cabins.

where does the hotwater tank go? where is the HVAC or mini split? im also not digging how cramped the restrooms are, these houses are pretty but impractically small.

Where does the plumbing go for the upstairs bathroom especially for the fact that the toilets sits right above the living room downstairs?
Only the t.v.should be transfer to the bedroom to make living room spacious 😅😮😊
Love the size, but kitchen design needs a tweak. Shrink appliances. You would have to stand on your head to load the dishwasher. Six burner stove? Also, 2 Patio doors? Make one a window to add wall space inside and out.
Storage for brooms, shovels, etc.
Die Gatarobe würde ich wo änderst hin tun und den Fernseher auch, sonst ist das ein netter Häuschen, denk noch bezahlbar. Klein aber mein 😅

I don’t know the height of the ceilings upstairs, but the bathroom doesn’t look like it could accommodate anyone very tall. Showering looks potentially hazardous.

The kitchen is awfully small. You can take fully half of the powder room to enlarge it. Then you can nudge the stairway toward the front (reducing the size of the coathook/bench unit if necessary) to allow entry to the powder room under the stairs. If possible, reduce the number of angled steps in the process.

The coat rack would be a good place to put the tv. It is way too close to the couch right now.

Where is the wood fireplace and I prefer a wood stove in the kitchen if we lose electricity or gas!!
This house is pretty tight for space, and there's not much room for a fireplace or woodstove. In New England, this house would have a basement, and that's a good place to put a woodstove for emergency heat.

Yeah...no need for the downstairs half bath to be that big. And hopefully you offer alternative designs...not everybody can climb in a tub like that. Seems to be some wasted space in several places...entry, under the stairs, blank walls in several rooms...Not much storage, either...I do like the placement of the laundry, tho...
