I will only buy Fezzari bikes... They totally hooked me up while in Afghanistan, they sent me a bike where NO other company would. I still have my Abajo after 8 yrs!
I just rode this this morning at Outerbike. I can't believe how accurate these guys reviewed bikes. I was skeptical whether or not I would have a different opinion. This bike Climbs! No problem with drops, rocks, etc. Great price point and components. Most midwesterners will enjoy this or the Cascade Peak all day long.
I've been riding a Signal Peak for just over a year now. I'm in Illinois where it is mostly XC / Technical XC. I've taken this bike to Sedona, Copper Harbor, and Bentonville. It's handled just about everything I've thrown at it. There were a few trails in Copper Harbor where I felt slightly under biked. All in all I'm leaning towards the La Sal Peak as my next mtb purchase. Great job Fezzari!
Thank you for this review... almost makes me wish I didn't buy an SB150, but I did just buy a Signal Peak frame, which is the short travel offering from Fezzari. Can't wait to get it built up.
I had a bad experience with my 2014 Fezzari. I think alignment/build quality was off. I want Fezzari to do well and I'm really happy they were able to make something that is getting so much praise. It's about time they start making unique bikes instead of building out Taiwan catalogue bikes. Finally, welcome to the party!
Thank you guys for testing the Fezzari! I've been seeing their ads on all my social media feeds for a couple years and they seem to market to low bike IQ people. So this is really encouraging to let me know they are legit and can be in consideration for a serious rider. Sweet!
This is a tough one. These bikes are very similar. Similar travel and (for the most part) similar geometry numbers. They even have a similar feel to their rear suspension. Not as plush as the SB150 or Trek Slash, but more plush than the Mondraker Foxy 29. Where the Fezzari has an edge is in its ultra-steep seat angle and room for dual bottle cages in the large and XL frame sizes. If you’re looking at a long-travel 29er that’s focused on going the distance and doing it quickly and efficiently, the La Sal Peak is the one. But those bottle mounts and some other frame design elements leave the Fezzari with noticeably less standover clearance than the Rallon. If you’re looking for a more pure shredding machine with a lower-slung silhouette and more room to get styley, then you’d want the Rallon. And Orbea used a 76-degree seat angle, so it’s no slouch. We found the steeper the better, but the 78-degree angle on the Fezzari felt a little odd at first. It puts you pretty upright in the cockpit, making it harder (albeit slightly less necessary) to hunker down when you need to put in brief bursts of climbing power. Other factor is value. Given that both bikes are essentially consumer-direct (though Orbea has some dealer representation) the Fezzari is a far better value than the Orbea, provided you want the few unique things it offers.
I got a 2014 Fuel Ex, but need new bike cus it's problematic, and flexy, but the chain stay is 450mm I see the Fezzarri is 435, so bit shorter, might be ok, but I would not want much shorter, as I prefer the stability of logn chain stay, so far at 180cm I think the Xl would fit me best. I am way too claustrophobic on the climbs with 430 reach on my bike. btw you mentioned 66 degree, it's actually 65 deg, according ot their geometry sheet for 29 & 65,5 for 2,5. so far Pole & Nicolai are the most interesting bikes for me. I haven't tried 435mm chaisntays yet, but I like how 450mm is on a 29erer trail bike, but my 26er xc hardtail got 430 but it wants to wheelie too much, but the front is light too, and also short reach, and steep headangle and short wheelbase, so pops up very easy, but I prefer the feel of my trail bike, but I still owuld like longer reach & wheelbase, and slacker head angle, and higher bars.
Johannes Nilsen try some of the new longer reach but shorter chainstay bikes before you buy something just based on the chainstay lengths. You’d be surprised how stable they are and still maneuverable and poppy bc of the shorter rear end. Might not be your cup of tea after you try them, but at least check them out first. The new geo of bikes really has changed a lot of prior notions on how numbers would make a bike ride. Also, a lot of brands you can now upsize based on the reach you want bc they are keeping the seatpost and standover the same among sizes. For ex I just got a Santa Cruz Bronson in XL but am only 5’10”. But I love the longer reach and fits me perfect. Cheers and ride on.
I know nothing about their suspension and can't find much about how they pedal. What would you say? Does it seem to have enough anti-squat to not need to flip the lever on the shock?
Fezzari means 'be in the moment' according to their website. Looks rad, Ergon grips, steep seat angle, 29er. Sort of Enduro bike I'd ride in the Welsh Gravity Enduro Series.
Fezzari bikes out of utah, nice they swapped drinking the koolaid and switched to cappuccino. Talk about having a identity crisis in the world of mountain bikes.
Absolutely loving my new La Sal Elite , ride with better more fit riders and they’re standing and pushing and I’m sitting and cruising on steep long uphills and they are on high end XC
I'd love to see how the 2021 comp spec reviews, it's decked with DVO and there's almost nothing on DVO or La Sal, you guys would get a fair amount of traffic from it.
Since the effective top tube length is fairly short, and the stand over height is nearly the same between medium and large frames, might one consider upsizing from a medium to a large with this bike frame?
If they changed their name to just *ZARI* they would sell twice as many bikes. I would never embarrass myself by showing up on a bike trying to capitalize on the Ferrari name, at least that's the first thing everyone thinks.
What's Fezzari? - a misspelling of Ferrari? a wanna-be Ferrari? And that's why they'll never make it big, it just doesn't have that, "Hey man, look at my new ____ bike!" appeal. Call it *ZARR* and it suddenly becomes cool, but a name so close to a world class super-car name just detracts from it's credibility like it's trying to convince people it's the *Ferrari* of bikes so they'll buy it based on it's name instead of it's quality or ride, true or not.

Good on you brother!!!
Thank you for your service to our nation!
Thank you for your cervix sir!
Just ordered my La Sal Peak Elite build .... so excited, it can't come fast enough!!
Decided to buy a Fezzari Cascade Peak a month ago. Love it so far.
I’m a big fan of Ferrari bikes.
I've heard they are FAST!
Its fezzari not ferrari
LMAO, I laughed so hard I spewed my beer
Lol

Why is there no good reviews about the cascade? Very interested in it but I can't seem to find a good review
Excellent review boys... that ending was lovely. Hope Fezzari sells online
Is that Mr. Peabody on the right??
So keen to try out this bike!
I love your review, but review a POLE god damnit!
Joachim Rydelius or an UNNO
They're talking about how steep the seat tube angle is, and then showed video of the riders climbing when standing up.
Lovely head band! What time does the jazzercise class start?
Lmao
Feel better now asshat?
@@g496r500t Much better, thanks for asking. xoxo

How’d you decide to test w Lyric instead of Fox?
When did Bjorn Borg start riding mtn bikes?
😂 😂 I wrote the same somewhere else.
How does this compare to the Sentinel?
Where's the trek slash??
Do I go with the 29 inch wheels or the 27.5+ wheels?
matthew greenway on this bike it doesn’t matter since it’s so built for both, but they do recommend 29 on their build page
Any ideas about the comparative Rallon VS Fezzari?

Please test ride their Wire Peak model....I beg of you guys !!!
Is it threaded bottom bracket?
Yes
I just stopped to say hello 😂😂
Fezzari lol.. yeah ok Ill buy it.
This bike literally costs $300 less than my car :/ my wife would kill me if I wanted to purchase one of these.

Numbers like chainstay measurements are just numbers....stability comes from many other factors, not just longer chain stays.
@@Honda-nn3ee I know other numbers matter too, and a good combination of them.

@@dadventuretv2538 I don't like seat tube angles of santa cruz, they are to stay, compromising pedalling.
@@dadventuretv2538 yea changed a lot for sure, but to me nicolai, seems to be most interesting to me so far.
Good for them, but they need to change their name. Too many people relate it to Ferrari.
Why are you guys all dressed like the openly gay and disturbing Village People??? #FFS #DIET
Mail order? Um we prefer the term direct to consumer.
Nah, mail order is more realistic. You pay a lot of money and they send you a life long companion. It's a mail order bride.
I’ve owned a La Sal for months and it rips. Highly recommend.
Good to hear. I looked at this but was put off by the really steep seat tube angle. But they do offer solid quality at a great price.
Which model?
Tucker Larson the Elite build. But I put a lot of upgrades comments on it from my previous bike.
I know nothing about their suspension and can't find much about how they pedal. What would you say? Does it seem to have enough anti-squat to not need to flip the lever on the shock?
Josh Beck what have you ridden before?
Funny how much the seat tube angle and seated bike feel started the video while they are showing footage of them standing and climbing! :)
We have had five Fezzari's at our house. Loved every one of them. It's what the whole family rides now.
Damn homie!! 5?
Yeah, my uncle used to have one but he sold it and bought a Porsche
Lucky bunch!
Why is a tennis player reviewing bikes?
At the moment, the Pole Stamina has the steepest seat tube angle on the market, namely 80 degrees.
Live Aeons 81 effective
it would be nice to see a review of Pole Stamina, Evolink 131, 140, Nicolai G13, 15, G1
Is that John McEnroe?
Fezzari means 'be in the moment' according to their website. Looks rad, Ergon grips, steep seat angle, 29er. Sort of Enduro bike I'd ride in the Welsh Gravity Enduro Series.
I’m intrigued. I’m open to any new player with a good deal.
Fezzari bikes out of utah, nice they swapped drinking the koolaid and switched to cappuccino.

Great review and price point. Not terribly into the looks or frame design TBH
The bike actually looks pretty good.
Excited about this brand
My La Sal Peak should arrive tomorrow sometime.

Its hard to believe that Bike Magazine cant hire non doucy dweeby riders.
Looks like fuji auric 2018
I am really confused about where Mike is from. Sometimes he sounds Irish and sometimes he sounds like he's from Kentucky or southern West Virginia...
@VWRabbit2008 Dude, that's disgusting and doesn't even make any sense...
Review a Alutech or a Nicolai!
