I 100% agree with Anand Ranganathan. I am a Hindu doctor who has worked in christian mission hospitals across India. I know how their systems works. As much as I respect the commitment of the christian people to their faith, I have always regretted as to why we do not have as many Hindu mission hospitals in India. I have always regretted that we do not have such a strong faith as them. Even as a 27 year old, I did not know that the temple funds go into the government treasury and are not accessible to Hindu trusts per se. This is a big blow to the Hindu community. You can not do anything without funds. Temple funds should channeled to empowering the Hindu society, building Hindu hospitals, schools, vocational training institutes and colleges. Let government hospitals be. But, Hindu people should have an option of going to a Hindu mission hospital. Learning some form of vedas, Hindu prayers should be mandatory in these institutions. Other religious mission hospitals can be there and they can serve the people and I have no objection for the good work they do. However Hindu mission hospitals also need to come up to do the good work to our society.

Nice, we all should be equal before law. They should not be allowed to preach their religion while it's named as a service, and we should be allowed to have our Tamil literatures referring God's, Veda, prabandhas, etc. They have Sunday classes but we don't have. All educational institutions should be freed from the hands of Christians here who are trying to destroy our Hindu culture , practices etc. They make rules that we should not have any ropes tied in our kids hands, bangles, bindhi, vibhuthi etc. our kids should be taught patriotism, deivam bhakthi, and our practices, their limitations in controlling us etc. service is a misnomer when conversion of religion is taking place by that and for that reason only Mother Theresa came to India.

Excellent speech. I am 75 yrs studied my degree and post graduation in Chennai 1965 to 69 worked from different parts of India in govt of India job 23:26 now settled in USA. I saw how the Hindus r treated by the political class and v were here spectators treated as nothing . No leaders to lead the Hindus like the present like Annand .R , Deepak Sai, Gurumurthy,Ragul shiva Shankar and so on to enlighten the Hindus to assert our rights in a democratic way . That was the reason our generations were speechless to fight for the rights. But now things are changing because of BJP and it leaders like Modiji a towering personality with vision ,clarity and understanding the ground reality, now in Tamilnadu Annamalai following footsteps of Modiji gives hope for a bright future future for India to be in par with gt nations like USA , China in economy, development infrastructures etc. Thank u so much for the speech .
