  • Due to a communication snafu, I didn't realize the intended recipient of last week's Cylindrical Screen Printing attachment didn't have a T-Press to put it on. So this week we have the proof of concept of the redesigned machine. It is more compact and is more adjustable for different size items.

    You : I put this together in a couple of hours, now I'm selling it.
    Me : This took me all weekend. It looks like a six year old made it. But it works!
    I feel like I owe you a beer.

    Great video... What makes the jar spin? Is it just the screen moving against the jar that makes the jar spin

    • @cyclesurgeon
      @cyclesurgeon  4 роки тому

      It's just the friction of the screen and the jar. The z608 bearings roll very smoothly and don't require much force..

    Rad! How do you keep the cylinder from moving left or right?

      I have a couple limit bolts that contact the jar top edge and along the bottom. Kind of like the X axis adjustments I use on regular printing screens.

    • @cyclesurgeon

      Unless you're printing Home Depot buckets 18X20 is way larger than you would need. It's just a greater material and shipping charge for something you don't need. But yes, I'll build one any size you would like. email unclechris805@hotmail.com and we'll 'talk'

      @@dydyra9124 Then I guess you can't use 120 for your design...simple as that. You have to experiment a bit.
