Good stuff, guys! I turned this on as I was crawling into bed, but I ended up spending an extra half-hour making my own tri-color Coral deck, haha.
My unsolicited opinion about the offerings of each color for tri-color Coral humans:
Red: Joe for pierce damage, Shimazu for the Mega Tortoise death effect, Leon ascend for funsies
Green: Karin for infinite shield, Princess for draws, 1MP evidence draw card, Pizza recursion card
Purple: Waka, Coord Ada
Black: Ascend Mori, Nobunaga, Birdie (even without faith he gets good numbers), Derek (for more recursion), Devilot, spicy 1x Akuma ascend
If I had to choose three colors for it, I'd have to go with G/P/B, but I'd miss Joe with high pierce damage in late game. I just love Waka and Ada too much.
Getting the first player i associate with coral to build some 3 color means this series is already a huge success LOL. Thx Yawley!!
and i honestly love seeing which one of us found which Yawley approved card haha. Karin would have carried in all the ways that chun didnt (for me) i think.
I don't recall what expansion was new at the time, but I use to run a choral orchestra human faith tricolor deck. Have also done demons utilizing the dante that gets cheaper for every demon
Ohh i wish i had thought of Demons! Cards like Dante that kinda break that 3mp power level were a exactly what i was looking for.
And faith, thats gotta be MOR or BOR. Was definitely reliving a bit of of those "glory days" here lol

This is rly helpful feedback! Tbf, i was also overwhelmed and couldn't tell what Tisa was doing or remember his cards, but its something l'll work on dor future episodes :]
@scontulous it would also be super helpful to see some strategies broken down a bit more in depth. Namely MP management, MP curves in decks, when to use HA, etc.. stg this is the only channel I get useful info on the game from, though. Ty for uploading!
Also, I'm really curious about how the "top lane resolves first" thing works?? I think you mentioned this in the harpuia deck video
Yeah! the lane stuff only matters when effects happen simultaneously.
Like, if u had Chef Meowscular top lane, then Nico middle, if u finished the play bottom lane, the Chef would buff Nico first to make her board wipe stronger.
Order of effect isnt explained anywhere and it has so many odd applications. Like, drawing a new card is the very, very last thing that happens when playing a unit, so if you Ascend over a Revenge unit you can draw that same unit with Revenge.
If they all go off at once i think is something like:
growth>death/revenge>invasion>when played>when placed>ascend>draw new card
AND theres also own lane priority lmao. This is super niche, but can be sick. For example Sekia Kuretsuha destoys all units at once, but your own first going down the lanes. So, if you Sekia with TF Lord Raptor, his death effect will resolve before Sekia is even finished, letting your Hero Art kill units it would have missed on initial activation.
Actions are way more straightforward, with the only weirdness again coming from units, Resonate is hella unreasonable lol.
