One thing is missing!
Always short the capacitor terminal eachother to drain the stored power before testing by meter, otherwise it might damage the testing device.

I prefer testing with the multi meter as safety is assured, as far as discharging of a charged capacitor a 20 k ohm resistor can be used .Thanks for the video.

Don't use parallel supply like this. Instead connect the capacitor terminal with wire and then insert those wires to supply to check it safely
