Enjoy Oklahoma. This weekend we're looking at 15-20 MPH winds out of the S/SE with gusts up around 40 MPH. Just another day of disc golf in OK though. Playing around the lake should be interesting though - it can cause the wind to swirl and do some funny things haha.
Come to Wellington (NZ). We (adjusted for the American viewers) average 13.6MPH wind per day... over 37mph half the year.. and a record 154mph on the hill most of my MTB videos were shot... Gets a little brisk when I can throw (badly) an RPM Kotare 12-4-0-3.5 uphill 260ft and have it go straight all the way. (Oh and that's my pet disc, affectionately known as 'Broken' as it's more like a 0-4. You can normally throw that on a 45deg Anhyzer and at 260ft it will be eating dirt on a 45deg Hyzer.
Could be good to hook your bag on the tripod when you set it up for shots. Makes it more stable in the wind, most tripods have a hook right where the bottom of the stem is.
Sorry to let you know Nate, the wind will be up in Oklahoma. We played the course last week in the wind and it sucks. And both are open and unprotected.
The ringer Zone is my favorite iteration of a Zone by far. Really wish it won the competition so they could make them in stock production. But I already have 3 of the test flights. At first I wasn’t a fan of the .5 difference in numbers but after throwing a lot of them it makes sense. There’s plenty of discs that are right in between 2 numbers and it opens the system to have more catered numbers then just rounding up or down.
Um Nate, what? You don't know about the Alien? I'm not saying it's any good, but it's a funky disc that's been talked about for months! Great video by the way, but gotta pick on you for that one.
@@NateTurner ohh word! Haven’t ever been out there. You just gonna be in OK Saturday? I live in Oklahoma City and don’t have a car currently so kinda limited on the places I play. But if you come to the city hit me up! Got a few good courses out here.
That 240ft hole on the waters edge you threw the standstill on, you 1000% foot faulted. Toe can’t be off the tee like that while releasing your disc. 🤣
We need a Nate camera falling compilation

Yeah, I live in Kansas and the wind does make disc golf very different! 😅Sometimes the wind giveth and sometimes it taketh away.
"Shout out to that pole."
You are always so entertaining!!!
Time for a “Nate kills cameras” stamp🤔✅🤣
that wind though😵💫

Shoutout, Nick! Sorry about the ribs. Mic doing good. Solid round all things considered. Poor beat camera. 10K knocking on the door!

5:58 I laughed too much at that....

Playing in the Oklahoma wind makes us even better on a calm day
Omg noooooo my heart sank when the camera started tipping ugh! Great round in crazy wind
Chargers bomb dude. Legit gonna put 4 in my bag soon.
I am loving all your videos bud, keep it up please! :D

Jason Baston did that Prodigy stamp, it's called "circle of life".
Yo that PD2 needs to be thrown to be believed. No tail wind is strong enough. Great bomb to roller disc. Looks like my next box is fairways and mids!!
The vlogs keep getting funnier every day. 10k around the corner. Don’t be a bozo and subscribe
I was out on the course and a dead tree 15-20ft tall and 2 ft in diameter just fell over about 30ft from me. definitely would have killed a man.
"im calling straight discs flippy"
👀
feel like thats my fault 😂😂
Hopefully one of these days my UA-cam will be big enough to get boxes of random discs.
Oh shit you comin to ok?! For the tye I’m guessing? When you comin to town?!
This weekend! For the Checotah tourney

Mic is awesome. Old one would've killed our ears.
Not the tripod 🫣🫣🫣
What type of chipmunks be eating trees? XD

teleport is a bomber
I also don't really throw Discraft. I actually don't think I even own a single of their discs now that I think about it
nar bit windy wah
That's not a stick... that barely rates as tree dandruff.
Do you have the sketchiest tripod on UA-cam?
nice
Lose the hat
