As it is Mango season, here is much awaited mango recipe of the season 'Mango Sheera'; as we call in Maharashtra or Mango Sooji Halwa as it is called in Northern part of India. I love how the mango pulp just blends well with the sooji to give this sheera that beautiful texture, taste and color.
