yeah i gotta say i've seen a lot of DP shows and i don't think i've ever heard himlaugh that hard, not even when will Ferrell showed up in character as Ron Burgundy.
When Eli escaped that rush, scrambled around to extend the play and then hit Tyree, who was covered, with the pass upside his helmet, is THE GREATEST S.B. pass ever in my book. The Patriots were locked and loaded ALL that season. A Championship was basically a foregone conclusion. Eli Manning and that Giants defensive front shocked the world.
lol. no you are looking at it wrong or do not know much about football. I love Eli, and I don't care for the Patriots but let's really think about this and it's not that hard. Eli would be the first to say that he threw up a Hail Mary to Tyree, well, cause he did. It wasn't the throw, it was a 1 in a Million catch and you forgot to add that HOF Rodney Harrison was draped all over Tyree as well. So It wasn't Manning that aimed the ball to be caught wedged in between Tyree's arm and helmet, it was a Hail Mary and it was a good play. Now, if we are talking about great throws of Eli Manning in SB it's pretty simple to be honest and I'm not even a NYG fan but don't you remember the year earlier back up on his on 5 yard line late in the 4th quarter. He threw a dart that went 40 yards that split in between two Patriots and landed in Manningham's hands, right in the basket. Anywhere else it would of been picked off or 4th down I believe. As a Giants fan do you remember this? It was just the year before and is often talked about as one of the best Super Bowl Throws of all time. Was the Tyree Play overall more significant? Maybe? But it definitely was not a better throw. As a Giants fan you owe to yourself to go back and watch the Manningham catch or Eli throw. I can't put it any more clearly. You're right about the Giants D though and the way the Pats were viewed. But if that "pass" is the best ever then the "pass" that Franco Harris caught that was tipped back to him was the 'SECOND greatest pass in SB history." right? No come on guys we're talking football here let's get serious! ua-cam.com/video/XCWrcqRW5gU/v-deo.html
Last year was the first time I sought out an alternative cast on a weekly basis and was bummed when Eli and Peyton were not covering a game for said week. The banter and knowledge combined with the great guests was the change up and fresh take needed. I hope this becomes the norm moving forward with alternative broadcasts.
My favorite moment was Eli describing a child fan at Philadelphia giving him the middle finger and then Peyton tricking him into showing recreating the gesture on camera with a devilish grin.
Honestly, The Giants didn't prioritized that O-Line. Yes, even though they drafted Josh Allen or Lamar they would still be killed. Add in the fact that Eli's coaches after Mad Tom were awful.
Eli the 🐐. Glad to see that people are realizing how funny he’s always been.
Eli has really grown comfortable being front of the camera. He’s just as engaging as Peyton at this point.
I think it's just the little brother in him, they are always the most mischievous ones since parents ease up on them more.
As a 25 year old giants fan, that was the funniest Eli segment I’ve ever seen
I like that Eli has been showing his personality more in retirement. His UA-cam show is pretty funny

If there’s a first family of the NFL it really is the Mannings. Champs on and off the field.
It's been like that for decades.
well, that IS WHAT they are called so yeah,
And ole Arch is gonna get paid in college. It's good to be a Manning.

Eli is the best!
Can you please adjust the intro sound? It is so loud compared to the rest of the segments.
Or maybe just eliminate the intro?
Eli is sneaky funny. I love watching the manning brothers.
Eli funnier than I expected 😂
I’m so happy he’s retired and we can all enjoy how warm and funny Eli is.
Been a fan of him since college
I always traded him to miami on madden
eli is pretty funny
Kevin Nealon has a good story about Eli and Kevin's phone.
Eli standing like he's Billy Mays
Eli is hilarious
The clash played shea stadium
Yup they opened up for the greatest band ever THE WHO
Did he explain why it looked like they were ready to give away a bunch of prizes
If you know Eli and Dan, he always has something to plug when he comes on.
@@homersimpson5964 no i know. But i dont think they ever mentioned anything haha. It was just him doing like an infomercial giveaway pose
Yeah d-day, the seminal moment of a world war involving the deaths of millions should be the same as a network that brought us trey wingo
I sincerely hope this is sarcasm.
Edit: Not about Trey Wingo, I get that, but the joke of ironically comparing ESPN to Operation Overlord.
@@GhostofGomezDawkins I picked trey wingo at random... I assume is older siblings are uno and deuce.
@@GhostofGomezDawkins and yes it was sarcasm. I'm disappointed that rich eisen thinks d-day is anywhere near the day ESPN started.
Great 'The Knack' reference
Eli- I like you more because you are real. But your brother...
Pitch man Eli

K-Fed, really!
Hey Eli did bird talk trash
If Eli didn't cry about getting benched, the giants wouldn't have felt obligated to win with him and ignore rebuilding.
😆😂🤣😅
