- In this video I interview Val to ask questions about studying, working and living in Bristol. Val tells me about the living expenses and job opportunities for students and non-students and a little bit of her student life at the University of Bristol. I also went to Bristol to see some hot air balloons in the sky and explore the city. I visited the colourful houses of Bristol and Clifton Suspension Bridge.

My name is Anica and I was born and raised in Italy, Rome in 1998. I'm originally from Bangladesh and I've been living in the UK for 6 years, so you could say I'm multinational. I'm studying Adult Nursing at the University of Nottingham, but I'm probably going to be like those people who study something but end up doing something completely different as a career.

Bristol is very multi-cultural and have met several Punjabis. probs not as much as in Birmingham for example but a lot of diversity :)

@@jagroopsingh5660 Yes there are lots of accomodation buildings in Bristol and should be easy to apply for! As well as many share houses too for a cheaper price :)

The best plot twist ever watched in a review, histerically funny! You didn't look Bristol alike since second one. Cannot picture you enjoying but also appreciating the special freestyle life and the alternative vibe that every corner of Bristol exudes. You made a good decition to move out from there. Great interview. I've just returned from a day trip from London. Walked virtually non-stop for 12 hours (killed my feet!) and was so impressed - such an amazing city with so much to do and see. Great architecture and street art. Was able to visit Clifton Bridge. the vast Harbour district, the Old City, the town centre, Stokes Croft, Castle Park and more. That Saturday, there was a huge party going on all around town, which I would've really enjoyed in my student days! Will definitely go back and spend a bit longer to explore properly (never made it to Cabot Tower!)

I stayed in St. Lawrence, wiston, Bristol.
But Bristol looks so old, nasty and undeveloped. I like big cities with crowds & thousands of lights, metros and all, therefore admission in UWE. But after watching this video I feel like I have to cancel my admission💔💔

It’s just a personal opinion. I have seen better cities in the UK. Mine is just a judgment based on how pretty the city looks. Many people like Bristol. People are nice. You can experience the real British culture if you’re not from here. It’s less busy compared to London. Good luck with your job!

Try to avoid moving to a place nearby a nuclear power plant such as Bristol , Hinkley Point
nuclear power plant is within 30 miles . From 2001 . this nuclear plant occurred 4 fire and leaks 12 times !
I discover many youtubers intentionally introduce Bristol as a most decent place to live .
I guess they or their relatives or friends urgently want to escape from Bristol to avoid the nuclear disaster , so they try many cunning ways to attract people to buy their houses/flats . So they try speaking untrue information in their channels about the goodness of Bristol but hide the weakness of Bristol like the crime rate of Bristol is quite high and Bristol is within 30 miles of Hinkley Point nuclear power plant . They do this in order to mislead Hong Kong people and people of other areas to move to Bristol .
About 1 year and 4 months ago , there was a riot in the Bristol city center . Thousands of people taking part and some police cars were burnt . also some policemen were hurt . 15 rioters were sentence for many years . So far a number of people were still on trial . As a conclusion , Bristol is not a safe city . Crime rate is high when compared with many other cities like Reading , Brighton , Canterbury , etc.,

Our human brain and society are just not designed to keep track of drones. You are not dumb for losing it, I am sure that is common.
It should have inbuilt defences against that kind of thing. Maybe the more expensive drones have that.
