@@JacReviewsStuff I guess the idea is to redistribute the many cars on the road so they will spread out and perhaps arrive at different times resulting in longer delay so possibly shorter jams. Someone will need to study this, especially during peak hours. But thanks for making an effort to make this video so we who used to jam there can take a look without being there. Hahaha. Like me.
