Ruff Riders yes, but the video is labeled as “true dual”, which normally means left and right pipes are not connected. Having an X or H pipe just makes it a regular dual.
Ruff Riders you are missing the point. It has nothing to do with exhaust balancing. The term “true dual” refers to seperate pipes with no link pipe in any way. Once you have a connection between the two pipes, it ceases to be true dual and is just a regular dual exhaust.
Ruff Riders lol. So? You think they put multiple balance pipes on a car, or just one? From the balance pipe back, it is always separate pipes. Plus the title of the video says (in capital letters) “TRUE DUAL EXHAUST w/ STRAIGHT PIPES”.
hey dipsticks if it has an x pipe or y pipe than its not a true dule exaust a true dule exaust means it has 2 totaly separate pipes which one down each side from the engine to the rear of the vehicle
Hows its straight piped if it has cats😂 plus true duels dont have a xpipe😂 youre a muffler shop stop telling people what they have or going to have when you dont even know
these were the best big cars of the 80's. Solid built, reliable, comfortable, built to last, easy to modify. I've owned 6 of them, and I hate new cars
Ricky Ricer was chasing his daddy. Don't leave me daddy....................
don't leave me daddy lolololol funny as hell!!
U corny dawg
Cavalier almost ruined it 🤣, the caprice sounded amazing like a V8 does!
what do you mean almost it did ruin it
Your right now that I think about it
Sounds really good for a 305!
Best part of the video is the *every small town ricer* caviler banging gears after noticing the guy was filming. This is my chance to get noticed!!!!!
😂 his moment of fame huh bruh?. Or just hatin his lil heart out lol
Sounds like a big Cummins diesel engine or a dump truck
For a 305 that sounds really good
My mother had one of these when I was a kid so some deep nostalgia there
Really who da heck is the guy in the ricer mobile driving off fast messing up the drive off video.
@This username lol
@@ThatLoud3v well he definitely should know better than to interrupt the drive off videos. Beeeeaaassstt mode.
The guy in the chevy cavalier ruined the drive off clip lmao.
😂 so true
With his fartcan
I have an 86 caprice with the 305.. been looking for exhaust ideas so thankyou.

@@yousufmusthaneer9738 the Caprice 305 had a 4 barrel through 1988.
At first I thought the caprice went into the rice mode I was like wtf but then I realize it was the cavalier 😂😂😂
My favourite Ideal and Loving Car......CAPRICE Queen.
Thicc pipes are magic. I swear.
Who the F was the fool in Cavalier that screwed up the video 😡
I was really enjoying the sound of the caprice then that pos buzzer had to interump
Makes me miss my 78 monte. It had a 350 from a 71 camaro. It was true dualed straight pipe into 3.5 inch slash cut tips. God was it ever loud.
Sounded ok until the weed eater ecotec took off.
Clayton Black funny😂🤣🤣😂
G'Day, I have a 86 Caprice. I can no longer find any Y-Pipes. Can I (when the time comes) change my single to dual exhaust?
Thanks
Is the motor all stock and running off of manifolds?
No this was my car is had a all cam with headers and 625cfm eldlebrock carb
True dual with an X pipe? 🤔🤔
Was thinking the same thing, just as they say straight piped when it still has cats lmao

I would have went with true duals with glasspacks. No X or H pipe
My uncle still has a Chevy caprice and it’s exhaust is louder than this
It’s like BRBRBRBR
That shit is nasty boi 🔥
Definitely didn’t see any cats on that. Sounds good though.
Me neither. Probably the best cats out there, the Bluetooth variety.
the music at the end kills me lol
Nice car. But those were bout as aero dynamic as an elementary school
Headers or manifolds
Headers it was my car look on my youtube
What’s your UA-cam
Bad ass! Will do that to our 1984 Caprice Classic Wagon!
Same car, mine is rust free
@@AntiLGBT_SuperExterminator Cool! Ended up selling mine. Couldn’t pass up the offer.
The cavalier wanted some action too
the cavalier sounded awful
Sounds good but the X pipe kinda gave it a more modern sports car like sounds, which is a little off putting for an old caprice
Lol whenever they don’t show the cats there isn’t any. But he did say high flow cats at the manifolds.
should’ve put the tips even with the bumper
Didn't want to hear that Rice burner at screwed everything up
I’m curious to what to a H pipe would have sounded like on that car
I have a H pipe on a 5.3 sierra it’s sounds awesome
My Sierra has also has cat deletes to flo pro superVs all 2.5 inch piping with stock manifolds for now
Where do I go to get mine done ?
3560 Dickerson road Nashville TN 37207
The guy at the end holy fuxks that's allot of rice
this is a muffler shop and they’re letting people leave with a job like this? and he sounds so proud of himself🤦🏽♂️ i mean just look at those welds
N change a arm n leg
Good engine 305
How much
Lol got a two for one
hey dipsticks if it has an x pipe or y pipe than its not a true dule exaust a true dule exaust means it has 2 totaly separate pipes which one down each side from the engine to the rear of the vehicle
we cut the stock muf- VROOM BROOM
Overkill exhaust
Hows its straight piped if it has cats😂 plus true duels dont have a xpipe😂 youre a muffler shop stop telling people what they have or going to have when you dont even know
@A.A.Ron Davis yea apparently if you remove a muffler or add a aftermarket muffler to a car its straight pipe to them
Eh, Sounds like a 305.
Xpipe is NOT true dualled ffs
Was a great video until the fart wagon pulled out.
The harsh reality is the Cavalier would just edge out the Caprice in the quarter mile is my bet.....plus my first car was a 83 Cavalier so I'm biased.
@@retrokingranch you are young inexperienced.
This nigga kaptain sal was fryin yo ass 😭😭 throw yo whole computer away my nigga Rest In Peace
@@que1320 Are we looking at the same thread?
Not true duals or straight pipe as usual
Piece of junk won’t start
The lil car sounded better and looked faster 😂
Kinda hate to say it but this was a waste of money.......and this car is NOT sexy.
