I find it powerful enough, it gets the job done, but on paper and if I had equal choice, I would probably go for the 400d, because it has that bit of extra power, that ads to the driving experience. If I was considering buying a GLS, I would test them at the same time and then decide.
@@michalkotnowski definitely much higher fuel consumption like a 130-150% of diesel consumption. And in my country you pay the same per liter of diesel or petrol, so diesel makes more sense, aldo, i love petrol cars and i have a few of them. I don´t mind to buy a diesel SUV. It makes sense for me to buy one.
Not that I have anything against diesels, driving one myself at the moment, but in my country, the difference between 350d and 450 petrol is 2,4K EUR in favour of petrol for some reason. And the price of petrol at the moment is substantially lower than diesel (~21 cents) so it makes decision much more interesting.
