Even though i'm not cosplayer, my main style is hella inspired by 12th (like coats with hoodies, ripped sweater, button uped shirts etc.). Also great video as always! :>
I'm sure Bill breakdowns would be greatly appreciated by other members of the community, and I'm always down for more content from you! Keep up the awesome work, Dom.
toy chicas lover ikr he is awesome as the doctor though also his style in particular the Crombie and velvet coat with hoodie combo has inspired my own style of clothes which I truly have to thank him and the 12th Doctor for.
splendid work as always. I'm still surprised they decided to shove this many costumes for the Doctor in 1 episode. If I'm not mistaken, 4 is now the highest number for 1 episode as they've done 3 costumes in the past like in ToTD or S6 finale. And yes I know the Doctor had 4 costumes from Deep Breath so a post-regeneration costume is always counted
Hello Dominic, I am currently putting together all costume variants from ep.1 to ep.7 and your cosplay guides have been extremely helpful. Keep up the great work ;)
I'm beginning to love that coat with blue lining! As for buttons, for the navy wool coat I've made last year, I got dark blue marbled buttons which may not be screen accurate (a genderbend just can't be that) but they look so nice! Love the buttons you got too! :D
Hello, Dom! I have been subscribed to your channel for quite a little while now, and I really enjoy your videos thus far, this one being no exception. Naturally, I have seen your very first How to Cosplay video (Eleventh Doctor, Series 7B) and I'm almost finished with mine. All I need now is the brown Brogues, which might be a tad bit hard for me since I live in the States. However this shall not stop me from at least trying. The inspiration for me cosplaying in the first place: you. Without your helpful tips and tricks, I wouldn't have had anything cool to wear at Tampa Bay Comic Con last year, so I must thank you for being an absolutely great man as a whole. Hope you're doing well at the university!
Hey there!! :) Ahh that's so cool, I'm glad to hear it's coming along well ^_^ If I may offer a bit of advice, I'd use eBay when it comes to hard to find items. :) You'll definitely find a pair of brown brogue boots for sure! And aw, you're too terribly kind my friend! Honestly thanks so much for the kind words, I'm just glad I manage to help people like yourself! ^_^ Hope you have a fantastic time at your comic con, you're gonna look fab!! :)
The Whovian Chaser Well, Tampa Bay Comic Con already happened in 2016, and that was the one I've went to. At the time, I was the Eleventh Doctor, but I wore what I'd call the "A Town Called Mercy" look; tweed jacket, black bow tie, braces and all. This year, I'll try to be in the "Day of the Doctor" look. For picture proof of my time in tweed, go to my father's Facebook page (Rooster Barfield is his name on the site) and go through some of his albums. We even found a little girl who looked astonishingly like a Weeping Angel. She even moved when we looked away.
So I have a question: Of your time browsing and getting together bits and pieces together of any attire, have you come across anyone who has bought any bit of Doctor Who related clothing from a site called "Film Jackets"? I ask because not a whole lot of people know about the site, the jackets are a bit pricey but not as Magnoli. and what they have pictured honestly I can't go buy unless spoken by another person who has bought from them before.
Hey, I have a question for anyone who could answer it. I am not looking to cosplay the 12th Doctor, but am looking for a decent frock coat. Would the Cos Daddy velvet coat suffice as a regular coat?

To be honest, Twelve's style has flooded into my own style and it's all just merged into one. xD And thank you so much! ^_^
I have a question. Have you been thinking about doing video about favourite clothes variants but of companions? Have a nice day :)
Sort of same with me. But it’s actually from the 11th doctor with bow ties
I'm sure Bill breakdowns would be greatly appreciated by other members of the community, and I'm always down for more content from you! Keep up the awesome work, Dom.
Why do i feel that capaldi just brought all his own clothes for his time as the dr XD

Thank you so much from the whole cosplay community who can't afford to spend out on the bank-breaking costumes Dom, you're fantastic :))
I looove Bill's outfits! Iconic, yet not too costumey looking and match her style so much.
The red velvet coat with waistcoat and white shirt look returned! So that automatically made it a great episode costume wise
awesome video!
also I am in the process of making the first look from the pilot so thank you Dom
No problemo! :) Glad to help! ^_^
Another brilliant video! Please keep up the good work!
Thank you so much! :D
Great idea, this will probe very helpful seeing which variants I can play around with! :)
Do let me know how it goes!! ^_^

Awesome..thank you so much for this! :D
No problemo! :D
Great video, want to be 12th Doctor on comic con and this helps a LOT 😊😄
You're welcome ^_^ Have fun! :)
zara and forever 21 do the ladder jumper too
Did he ever wear this outfit with the blue lining in any other episodes?
Thanks for the help Dominic. I've been struggling to find a suitable alt for the puce hoodie.
No problem!! A pleasure to be a help. :)
What's the music you used in this video? It's been driving me crazy
link to that primark waistcoat?

Can you release a video detailing his class appearence?
Ah, well it's basically the red velvet costume but with the navy coat instead! :) Not really much to say about it. ^^
That's what I thought, but the lighting threw me off. His coat almost looked black.
Dominic who do you want to replace Capaldi as the doctor?
No idea xD Trying not to think about it if I'm honest :)
I am not convinced the coat is black velvet, it looks very ink to me.
I maybe color blind but the green hoodie looks grey to me
1:35 so you spotted them aswell XD
Hey, I have a question for anyone who could answer it. I am not looking to cosplay the 12th Doctor, but am looking for a decent frock coat. Would the Cos Daddy velvet coat suffice as a regular coat?
yes or abbyshot when they do their version of the hayley coat
Gas BoatOzzy Thanks. I will take this into account.
4costumes in one episode. Oh dear god...
As someone who bought the Cosdaddy Frock Coat, I wouldn't recommend it at all.
0:48 and his 4th coat so far
Fifth technically! The Series 8 and Series 9 navy coats were actually slightly different to each other in terms of shape, lining and material :)
Well by the end of this series he would be on 7
And until i get a black coat with blue lining i will use my very *very* dark green one with red lining that is the only one of its kind
+The Whovian Chaser i just assumed it was a modified version
+The Whovian Chaser When will you cover the two outfits featured in Dr. Mysterio
jeez. 12 really likes expensive clothes.
