    After seeing so many types of wood cutting machines, yours is the most efficient one and only, especially for commercial purposes. Love❤ from Singapore which we have summer all year round

    Every minute spent on making this was priceless. What a wood processor. Cord King move over.

    That works much more efficiently than most I've seen on UA-cam and elsewhere. Doing multiple things at the same time really speeds things up.

    being a farm boy of my youth i would luv the schematics of this thing.its great and since the state government in new york hates dairy and beef farmers ,this stuff is laying in areas along side milking parlors throughout the western tier of new york. im an engineer and this thing is so quick and efficient and really moves fast.wish i could see it for real up close.not even close to the other stuff on youtube unless it is commercially produced.using what you have is great.the awesome thing is that this is all shape and kinds of wood running thru the processor ,like normal conditions and not straight trees and straight grain loggs with no knots.the splitter is awesome and its got to be a powerful ram off of something large like a grader or track hoe.

    There are many videos and many good ideas. There are however very few great ideas… This is a great idea : ) Kudos to the unsung hero in the shed that designed and built this !

    Kool machine! Great homemade job! Now all you need is a windshield wiper on the window.

    This may not be on par with cord king, but no other brands on the market are! Faster speed retracting the saw and more time operating it to get the fluidity perfected and you sir have yourself a machine that will stand toe to toe in a competition with a $120,000+ industry leading piece of equipment. Kudos guys. I wish I could skip the trial and error and just buy the components you have to build me one. But I know i'm going to have to take those knicks all my own. Great video. Thanks for sharing!

    WOW! I would love to see you list your costs to make the whole set up...and I believe it's worthy to match it up against a cord king...Also have you ever seen how many cords of wood you can do in a hour as a team and estimated running costs? more videos please!

    Great machine
    A few ajustments and you're the fastest one out there by far....
    A little more fluid but that's it.
    Again great machine!

    I see that it was an old combine. What was the make and model? This is for the Nerd in all of us! Does it still move itself? It is a rocket! Two people can process an incredible amount of product. Do you sell to haulers or do you sell and haul the final product? The Trommel was a super idea!
    Clean the windshield so the operator can see what he/she is doing!

    what kind of motor, hydro pump, and saw is that? great stuff, looking to build my own one day. it seems simple enough to build one off a 20hp motor but it would be much slower than this. most of the functions would have to be one at a time, and i would probably use a chainsaw on a mount instead of a hydro saw. if i were to step up, i imagine a 100-200hp motor with a serious pump could make something like this. so yeah please lmk what kind of powertrain this is. thank you

    Good money off a machine like that, no great amount of effort in manual labor too, well thought out, bit like the cord king model without paint..

    Looks very efficient! What motor are you using to power the pumps?

    • @virginiajanssen590
      @virginiajanssen590  9 років тому +1

      Hey, the Uni system we used for the body is what we are using to power the pumps. It is the original Perkins engine on the machine.

    What a terrible wedge design. 2/3's of those splits would need to be re-run to make them usable for the buyer.

      Mark Wiles get a real wood stove and you shouldn't have a problem

    • @reforgedcriterion1471
      @reforgedcriterion1471 7 років тому

      +If you want wood for those european stoves go buy kindling. I can fit 15" thick wood 29 inches long through the door of my stove, and fit 3 pieces that size in it while cramming a dozen of these pieces of wood around it. This heats a 4000 sq ft home in the mountains all by itself. No it's not a boiler. Not everyone is running the cheapest smallest stoves on the market as apparently you are.
